The location was very close to the airport. The room was clean. A few utensils were provided in the kitchen.

Check-in didn't go well.. My card was swiped and it appeared not to go through so I never got a screen to sign . I allowed the clerk to put it through again and that time the transaction was processed, and I was able to sign the charge. I was charged the additional $100.00 deposit which should be refunded after check out. The next morning when I checked out, I showed the clerk where my account was charged twice. She said she was unable to make any changes, but I should call her manager. My bank account was charged $400.00 and I waited 6 days to get the duplicate charge reversed and my $100.00 deposit returned to my account.

Comfortable beds. Clean. Spacious. They are renovating the other half of the building currently but I didn't have noise issues. Keep in mine when booking it is near an airport and train tracks, that doesn't bother me but it might for some. I heard about 3 trains on my last night.

Little ants in the bathroom running around on the counter. Where they came from I don't know, why they are there I also don't know.

Friendliness of staff and how helpful they were. On check in, we were told upfront of the renovations being done and the daytime noise that would be heard. They didn't hide that fact which was greatly appreciated. Everything was clean and housekeeping was brilliant.

Not that it was a dislike so much but did wish there was more counter space in the kitchen and the toilet paper roll was in an awkward position.

Great front desk attendant. We were in an emergency situation due to our flight being cancelled. They understood and took great care of us. I love That The property is currently updating everything I mean everything. I also appreciate that entering in our room was brand new yes everything from furniture to the mattress to the updated modern bathroom even the paint.

I liked the location, it made me feel very safe when parking & entering in the hotel, at any time of the day.

I was looking forward to the exercise room, ☹️ but under the circumstances on beautifying the hotel, it was closed(under construction) but I completely understood.

Staff were very friendly and accommodating. First impression was not great, but the room was clean and comfortable. NO frills.No breakfast Hotel is being renovated with is need to bring life to the place the signage also needs to be upgraded

very clean and accommodating staff they cleaned and remade the bed every day the kitchen was stocked with everything you need to cook with and the bathrooms were exceptionally clean! love love loved how they even cleaned the bathroom the second day! the towels were also very soft and fluffy!

they don’t have blankets on the beds just sheets and another thicker sheet as a blanket and our mattress wasn’t the best in our particular room

The room was clean, and the front desk, even though she was in training, was nice.

The building it self need some work the out side is not much to look at, but the room was clean and, for the most part, comfortable.

I and my friends live in Melburne. We booked the stay for 2 nights as the Inn was a more secure and safe place as Ian Hurricane was coming our way. My only problem was the toilets are really low.

The toilets are very low. i have weak knees, I've had 7 dislocations and when I sit and my knees are higher than my hips it is extreemly difficult. My friend who was in the room next room is 4'7 and I'm 5"4 and she had a problem with getting up from the toilet. She had a hip replacement a year ago. If there were a rail on the wall in front of the toilet it would have made it easier for both of us.

Located convenient to my needs, room was clean and nice. Not particularly great scenery/view

$100 deposit upon arrival; held for 3-5 days. Entrance was not marked clearly and was shabby, unimpressive.
