The outdoor little resturent just a few step away from room , Limited menu but great food and service !

Parking was a chore , they reserved parking for overnight guest by putting a large cone in the spot to keep others from using it . However, every time you leave and come back they putt the cone back in to keep others from using it ,When you come back you have to get out and move the cone , get back into your car and park !!! They are tight with the way others cars are parked , A little annoying

The overall environment, very peaceful and relaxing. Just sitting in the pool listening to the band play and the ocean waves crash in the background the staff goes above and beyond to make sure you are happy and have whatever you need. The rooms were very clean and beds very comfortable. The bagels put out at breakfast were also amazing, they tasted homemade.

Difficult parking, especially when the restaurant is busy. Staff does valet park for the restaurant but pulling in and out of your hotel guest parking space becomes difficult.

This is a really unique, cool place. We loved the restaurant and bar. Such a convenient location right on the water, it is beautiful. Staff was very friendly. Room was clean, and I’m picky. Great location for a couple get away. Parking was never a problem, it was crazy busy when we checked in at the restaurant but the valet prioritized us by having us parked in less than 3 minutes.

Not big enough for a family get away in my opinion, but could work. Resort is small in general so rooms are tiny, they have a couple of bigger suites but be mindful they are located right in front of the restaurant. It worked for our small family but we would only return as a couple. We didn’t mind the pool location but it is located literally right beside the bar/restaurant so if you’re a private person it might not be the vibe for you. Also, a little shower located by the bathrooms would be nice to wash off from ocean. It would help cut back on sand in room and in pool. These “cons” could very well be “pros” depending on what you’re looking for in a trip!

The location is right on the beach, rooms are modern and enough to accommodate. Smaller rooms than a typical hotel but they are far from typical! The beach bar is so nice, good drinks and food, open air to the beach. Pool was amazing, salt water and clean with loungers. Towels are provided by the hotel for pool and beach. Great staff, they are all friendly and helpful. Felt like family. Would come back again for sure.

The usb plugs in the room do not work so my phone didn't charge overnight- minor thing. All was great!

This property is a “10” all the way. Rooms are nice, clean , comfy beds. Nice a/c. The property location is spectacular. The ocean side resort is so perfect for those early morning sunrises and the evening sunsets. The tiki bar food is cooked fresh. None better than they have a great HH menu 3-6pm. The ladies in the office are so nice, always helpful and accommodating. This was our 3rd trip and will be going back soon.

There’s not much you can improve on. I’d say don’t change office staff 😊😊

Our original plan changed due to Hurricane Helene and we luckily happened upon this little gem. From the moment we arrived we received the VIP treatment. The room was on the smaller side but very clean with comfortable beds. We were only there for a 3 day girls trips so the room suited us perfectly. The pool was being refurbished during our stay but they let us know ahead of time and set up beach chairs and an umbrella each morning for us to enjoy on the beach, which was 30 seconds from our door. The continental breakfast, consisting of hard boiled eggs, fruit, pastries, and yogurt and was a great way to start the day and meet the other guests. EVERYTHING we needed was right there we never needed to leave the property however Starbuck's is directly across the street if you need a fix. The bar and grill is beachside and has great food and drinks and on the weekend they serve .brunch! Although we did not go they even have a spa on site. This place is everything you could want. I have saved the best for last and that is the staff. Greg and his staff went above and beyond to make this trip special. You can tell they are a tight knit group and want you to feel like part of the family. We booked again before we even left.

The bathroom was a little small

The staff was very welcoming. I felt taken care of. The continental breakfast was nice. It was great to be able to get a cup of coffee first thing in the morning.

I did not care for the mattress on my bed. It was.too soft. This is a personal preference. It's absolutely the only negative in a wonderful experience. I highly recommend this hotel.

Super clean. Great pool. Perfect beach access a little shower to rinse off when you come back up from the beach everything you need is close by and within walking distance, they have a restaurant on site where you can actually sit on the beach and eat. Very friendly staff. Breakfast on site. Away from the crowds and pretty quiet. Great place to go if you have kids my nine-year-old loved it.

Food at the restaurant was a little overpriced. Could’ve been more choices for breakfast, but it was definitely sufficient. Parking is a bit tricky because the lot is so small. It can be hard to get in and out, but not a huge issue.

Love how the property is s close to the sand. Just a few steps from the beach. Also, like the on-site BB's Beach Bar on such a beautiful setting. This trip we also booked the spa for a massage. We enjoyed the amenities - hot tub, sauna, steam room.

My only suggestion is to improve access for guests to the beach. Currently, the only path is to walk through the seating at the Beach Bar, which is tight when carrying beach stuff and I even knocked over a chair by accident.

Very nice place. They did an outstanding job renovating this property into a very nice place. The staff (every one of them) were super friendly and helpful. Cheers to the tiki bar! Apparently it’s a favorite for the locals too. We will definitely be coming back to stay here again.

Tiki bar drinks were a bit pricey. I do get it that this is a waterfront bar and drinks get a premium price. Now, their happy hour (M-F 3:00-6:00) is great!
