The bed was very comfortable and the pillows were excellent. It’s rare that there are good pillows that aren’t super fluffy, stiff and non conforming. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Access to the beach was great and I liked that you could rent chairs. The upgraded bathroom and vanity was perfect. The room was very clean except maybe the carpet. So glad the AC unit was quiet!

In half of the room pictures on line, the floor was hard surfaced. For some reason that is what I thought I was getting. Instead I got indoor outdoor carpet. It did not feel right and i rarely took off my shoes. The sliding glass door to the outside wouldn’t slide easily. It took a lot of effort to open. The microwave ran but didn’t hardly heat even after 6 minutes (I should have told them). No one there to keep a check on the hostess stand. Would have loved a folder in the room with hotel info and local restaurants. There aren’t any restaurants in the immediate vicinity.

We loved our two room suite. It was absolutely lovely! Our stay was very calming & peaceful. The room was very clean and the beds were really comfortable, nice quiet AC and spectacular ocean front view of the beach & ocean. The hotels restaurant was wonderful and extremely convenient.

Can’t really think of anything we didn’t like. The extra parking fee seemed a little unfair with it being off season and it wasn’t busy.

We got an ocean view and it was beautiful, but rrally wiah it was a sliding glass door you could leave open. It was just a door with a bolt on it and there was no way to lewve it open and no screen. . It was a little cooler when we visited this past week, but still a wonderful view. Beds were extremely comfortable and room was very clean. Also, Ethan, who works in the restaurant downstairs deserves 2 thumbs up. He made our trip to the restaurant downstairs so great. Super friendly and genuinely nice guy. Please ask for him if you visit.

The hotel itself needs some updates. Elevator seemed like it needs work and doors on hotel room need updated. They are old and have had locks added instead of just updating doors. Also, , one night we had hotel front desk call us at 11 pm and all we were doing was watching TV on level 11, which I honestly could just hear , and was told there was a curfew at 11. I was confused and stated we were war hing tv and not doing anything else because we weren't even talking and front desk guy told us he just wanted to let us know. After that I felt like I couldn't even watch tv, which was kinda weird.

It was my my second stay, that counts for something! First thing I did after getting to the room was opening the window to the balcony with a view on the beach, and OMG what a view! The beach waves are the loudest I ever heard, and it's the most relaxing sound in the world. I wake up looking straight to the ocean every day before moving my head by an inch. The room and bathroom are very clean, well equipped, nice relaxing design. Desk service was very accommodating, and the location is just perfect. Very quiet

The office has no communication with housekeeping In January I booked it and told them I’m allergic to feathers Please no feathers I called them the day before our trip started and told the front desk please no feathers We waited 2 hours for check in So that someone could change the feathers out This is probably the 10th time we have gone there and the same thing happens every time They need to communicate with their housekeeping staff

I loved the location and the view we had in the hotel. Easy access to the beach. Friendly staff.

The beds were extremely hard. We had issues with the card reader on the door. Sometimes, it would take 30 seconds before it would turn a solid green to allow access. In the beginning, the door wouldn't shut properly. If you pushed on it, it would pop open. We I formed the staff, and they fixed it right away. The sliding glass doors to the balcony were so heavy and hard to open, I don't see how anybody would be able to open it that was frail.

Absolutely loved it!! All of the rooms are suites, with beds over looking the ocean, a balcony with a gorgeous view full view of the ocean and coast, you can see the lake from the front doors, and a living room with a couch and a table to eat at. The view was extraordinary!!!! You could see the ocean from the bed! Room was clean and quite big. And beach access right from the hotel to a nice quiet little part of the beach that was not overly crowded, which was exactly what we were looking for. Great place to go with a family!! There is also a pool and hot tub, and a little bar at the pool so you can lounge and relax poolside or beachside. I can't say enough good things about this hotel, it exceeded all of our expectations!! I personally highly recommend as a family stay or romantic get a way!

The pool was way too small for the number of guests at the hotel. It was overcrowded the entire weekend. Also as a result, the pool bathrooms were FOUL - stinky, dirty and gross. Unfortunately we avoided the whole pool area for the entire weekend. Also, would be nice if there were a ramp from the pool deck to the beach - stairs are hard to navigate with all the beach gear.

Beach is beautiful except for the sand flies that come up at night. Facilities are clean as expected for DT/Hilton.

$14 a day for parking...for what? Its a frigging parking lot..self parking...normal price is $8 with Valet. Restaurant is struggling and non competitive wth local fare as well as overpriced... Adult beverages overpriced... Housekeeping one time for 4 day stay...had to go to front desk for more coffee and towels... room service plates and trash sitting outside of rooms for days not picked up... The cookies that are given out at the desk need to be checked for bugs...placed cookies on counter in room and you could see these very small bugs crawling from the packaging..threw them away.

This hotel had everything you could possibly need. The rooms overlook the ocean. The staff are very friendly and checked on us frequently. Housekeeping does a pretty good job.

Paying for parking is a bit of an inconvenience. The quality of breakfast varied, and it was a bit expensive.
