Convenient location, comfortable beds and pillows, I like that they cover duvets with sheets rather than use a gross unwashed bedspread. Fridge and microwave, provided toiletries. Workout room with good equipment albeit small. Great consistent hot water and pressure.

There were a couple stains on bedding, the fridge was on the coldest setting so it froze all my fresh food and ruined it. Carpet floors are not my favorite. The toilet flusher would get stuck so I’d have to remember to jiggle it so it didn’t continue running. This is just nitpicking. Everything was quite good.

Convenient location to the freeway and major roadways, surprisingly very comfortable bed, pillows, and sheets. I thought the breakfast was pretty good for a hotel breakfast. Waffle machines, some version of eggs each day, yogurt, and standard breads/pastries. Super grateful for the small gym with a nice treadmill. Staff was quite pleasant.

Rooms a bit dated, carpet is gross and a little dirty, shampoo is not quality but what can you expect. It felt like the room could use a good deep clean. There were stains on the walls and dust on the baseboards. Limited restaurants within walking distance but most people would have a car. Freeway a little loud at night.

Very clean! I usually get kinda creeped out by carpet in the rooms but this hotel? They clean the carpets! I can tell it's done right, because you can walk around the room and your socks don't get dirty, so I wasn't cringing at all!!! The staff is amazing! The young lady at the front desk (Scarlett) was so helpful and just a pleasure!!! Everything about our stay was wonderful! The breakfast, the pool, the amenities! This hotel is close to everything too! We will definitely stay here again when we come back!

I liked the location, cleanliness, price, staff, room, size of the room , also the view from my large window was great.

The only issues were the air conditioning unit cover was broken and fell off the moment I tried to turn on the ac. Also when the air condition cycles back on it’s loud and would wake me up every like 10 minutes after falling asleep. (I didn’t sleep well at all and had to report to work early the next morning). Also the ice machine on the 5th floor needs repair.

Rose, our concierge was fantastically amazing. She was easy to talk to, very friendly, and accommodating. The location was convenient to the highway, restaurants, and the supermarket. We had a short ride to the beach, thanks to Rose giving us directions.

I wish that non-pork alternatives were available for breakfast. It would be nice if turkey sausage were available by request, or at the very least allow guests to bring unopened items that can be cooked on the premises.

Breakfast was okay, but very repetitive and mundane . We were moved to a handicapped room with a shower, which helped my husband. The room was spacious .

The carpet needed to be cleaned desperately. But, they were very good about changing light bulbs when I told them about it. The rooms need to be updated.

We had a very long Miami-Charlotte Trip. In the dead of night, we made a quick reservation at a hotel along the way to just crash and sleep for a few hours. But the hotel surprised us from the very first minute. Very nice lobby, 24 hour reception and a nice, very friendly lady at the reception. I even checked how old this hotel was, since it looked completely new. Our room was also in perfect condition. Firstly, it was huge, in two parts with a living area, a sofa and a coffee table. Secondly, everything was in perfect condition, even the shower head was new, without any signs of rust. Perfectly clean room, comfortable snow-white, quiet beds and quiet air conditioning. No musty smells, which is common in most hotels. The room was so comfortable and cozy that we literally didn’t want to leave there.

NIce hotel with full scale services for short stay - travelers on the longer way - including pool and laundy, both very helpful and even a printer looked it would work. Lemon water in lobby was amazing!

3rd bed (couch) was dirty, uncomfortable and without any bedsheets during both days - houskeeping hasn't visited at all. Breakfast was good but still the same.

The complimentary breakfast was surprisingly good, offering a well-balanced variety of proteins, fruits, and carbs. The location is also very convenient, just off the highway exit, making it easy to find and access.

parking was a bit challenging when we arrived at night due to ongoing construction, which limited the available spots.

The hotel is conveniently located to stores and restaurants, and the staff was kind and professional . Rooms are spacious and clean 👌

There are not a lot of breakfast options, and once the breakfast area gets busy, the staff can't keep up with replenishing food. We went one morning, and they were out of coffee , juice, milk, cups, scrambled eggs, etc.
