The hotel was clean and everyone was pleasant. It was easily accessible since I am disabled. I thought that there would be coffee in the room. I didn't realize there would be a refrigerator stove top and a microwave. Next time I'll be better prepared. Other than a few minor noises it was very quiet.

The shower situation was poor. The tub water was good pressure but the shower barely spit out some water..it couldn't decide whether to be hot or cool! I couldn't figure out the television either.

We didn't have breakfast. It's a continental breakfast.

Need more carts. You had only one..

The staff members are all awesome. The rooms are clean, spacious, and affordable. Pet friendly too, which is a big deal for my dog Rocky and I. He has quickly became bestfriends with all the employees too. We overall really enjoyed our stay and look forward to staying again in the near future.

More of a breakfast selection. All they offer is a grab and go snack in the morning. Also outside seating only consists of two metal picnic tables, so a bigger patio would be nice.

The hotel was clean and for the most part the front desk employees were great and helpful.

There was a problem with the elevator and it dropped while my son and I were in it. We both lost our balance but didn't fall. The doors were then unable to be opened. I pushed the alarm and called using the phone in the elevator. I reported it right away and asked several times throughout the day but no one had reported it to be looked at. I was then told the next day that this was normal since there is only 1 elevator and many people using it that it was just "resetting'. There should be a warning about the elevator to everyone. My son and I did not use the elevator the rest of our visit.

Large, clean room. Friendly, professional staff. Comfortable bed. Excellent kitchen area - full fridge and freezer allowed us to freeze our ice packs and store all our food. And this was approximately 1/2 the cost of the hotels that we passed 20 minutes earlier on I-95 going south. We both highly recommend.

The breakfast was sparse but for the savings on the room we could have bought 10 great breakfasts

Great Staff! Stephanie with the front desk staff was amazing. Included breakfast was a grab and go, so not a "full" breakfast, but was really good and coffee was available all day. Hotel was clean, quiet, and the staff was very attentive.

Beds were a little too soft for my liking, but great location, quiet area, and close to everything. Can walk to Dunkin Donuts and Race Track for little things if needed and right by Chuck E Cheesee if you have kids.

Location was nice and quiet, and easy to find, right off the thruway.

The water pressure in the shower is quite low, but I expected it as I saw that on other reviews. The breakfast selection could have been a little better, but I was happy with what I had.

The location was good. The breakfast was very limited and did not cater for decaf coffee drinkers and the Hot Breakfast consisted on make your own porridge.

The breakfast choice. The funky smell when you entered the room - which we think came from the air-conditioning unit which was very noisy and not conducive to sleep.

The front desk staff went above and beyond. Will continue to be my hurricane refuge. We felt safe and well taken care of. I'm Thankful for the reception staff. I'm not good with names. But me and my son greatly appreciated it.

Staff was super friendly and even followed up with us after 10 minutes of checking in to ask how was the room. The breakfast was granola bars and coffee; however, the lady informed us about it when checking in, so it was not a surprise next morning. Super comfortable bed, spacious bathroom, good AC, full size refrigerator, stove and more.

Even though it was the cheapest around I think it was still overpriced because of the location. But, it was worth it.
