I liked the staff member Michelle most of all during this stay. This woman is the definition of a truly dedicated employee. Being in the military for 20 years, I’ve worked alongside many people who took great pride in their job and Michelle is someone I would gladly serve alongside. Although she had to carryout the duties of what seemed to belong to 3 employees, she pulled it off somehow. She is the definition of service with a smile!

To be honest, I did not like one of the very things I spoke of in the previous comment. It was very clear that this hotel was nearly fully booked if not completely booked, yet how in the world would management only have 1 person working the front desk, bar, restaurant, etc duties. I was impressed with Michelle’s resilience and I wished I could have helped her during her many busy spells as well. I’m sorry but this is not the way to treat stellar employees.

The breakfast was exceptional. Eggs, bacon, French toast sticks one day, sausage, eggs, and waffles the next, fruit, yogurt, bagels with cream cheese, toast, and cereal, Literally a full spread. The pool was open (7am to 9pm) and warm. The staff were very friendly and super helpful whenever we needed more towels. Everything was clean and comfortable in the room 😊

Nice clean, good breakfast

The shower floor was slippery, and the rubber mat to prevent falls was under the sink, didn't see it, so I fell on my first day there, I fell real hard, my body was shaken and I was in pain for about 4 days, I told the staff but they didn't pay attention, no report or no one asked if I felt better, no broken bones thank God but was not comfortable and limiting my doing vacation things.

This hotel was tucked away off the main road but was ideally situated for exploring the space coast. The room was well soundproofed from outside noise and was very quiet and relaxing. The room was very spacious and clean and the bed was divine.

The choice at breakfast was poor, and the facilities (for making coffee etc) within the room requires some improvement.

The room was spacious with a large comfy bed. There was a large portable ironing board and an iron, a coffee maker that we didn't use, a large television and a pull out sofa. There was also a refrigerator. The main drawback was that there wasn't a microwave in the room. There was daily breakfast and a microwave available in the lobby but none in the room. Otherwise, the amenities we used were outstanding! The staff was awesome!

Rooms spotless and very large and spacious. The price for the stay was amazing. The location is also great. Staff are always helpful when we arrive, which helps.

Some new sun loungers and a little tidy up around the pool are and possibly a bit of variety on the breakfast. But that's all been a bit picky.

2 nights of our trip were spent in 2 different hotels in So. Carolina They were a big disappointment. Old and not very clean. The reviews were surprising good. The Hyatt in Melbourne FL was a pleasant and much needed surprise. The hotel is clean, beds comfortable, and the shower had great water pressure.. Employees were very pleasant and helpful. We will definitely look for a Hyatt where ever our travels take us!

There was nothing we didn't like.

The location is great. It is surrounded by numerous eateries and shops. The breakfast was good, yet repetitive. We had 3 days in a row of the egg/cheese omelet. The assistant manager, Sarah Street, was very helpful. She even gave us a microwave for the room. She went out of her way to help us during our extended stay.

It would be better if microwaves were standard in the rooms. One recommendation: to have hot coffee available during the day, not just for breakfast.

The staff was wonderful, The room we had was nice and clean Little different because she has to put your time card in a little slot I have power to the room. Overall, didn't have any complaints.

I wish they would provide coffee 24 hours. When you get in really late it would be really nice to be able to have coffee in the lobby pre-made so you didn't have to worry about fixing it in your room.

This hotel provided my family and I an excellent weekend stay. The breakfast was excellent as fresh fruit, eggs, bacon/sausage and diced potatoes were provided. The beds were very comfortable and the room was clean and fairly spacious. The fitness facilities and pool area were large and clean.
