New hotel Beautiful room - King bed, sofa and TV area Starbucks in lobby Close to family

Only partial clean daily… floors and mirror not wiped Ants in bathroom even tho hotel is 1 year old - Manager sent someone to spray but ants still persisted BORING breakfast!!!! Scrambled eggs and bacon/sausage with potatoes EVERY SINGLE DAY… white bread, brown bread, plain bagels, donut holes - no other pastries. Oatmeal, Berry compote (frozen) and melon fruit salad every day!!!! We stayed for 7 days and we were SO tired of this breakfast!!! Told the Manager but he shrugged his shoulders and did nothing! NO variety ever!!!

My husband utilizes a wheelchair as he is paralyzed from the chest down. Our room was very accessible and clean! Large and easy for him to move around and the attachment for the tub allowed him to shower with little assistance.

The location of the soaps and shampoo in the bathtub was not easily used by him. Had I not been there he might have been able to reach back behind him to get to them but it would have been very difficult. The bed was very soft and comfortable but if he had been alone it would have been too soft to get out of. Also, the handicap bathroom stall in the lobby area has large gaps in the privacy panels making it not very private at all. Over an inch of space one can easily see if someone is on the toilet.

The roof top restaurant was excellent, the breakfast was delicious and the hotel itself was spotless

The security features such as the gate to the parking lot and key card for the elevator aren’t used. The wonderful restaurant overlooking the airfield is open to the public and across from the rooms on the 5th floor. One elevator has a dedicated door for the restaurant there’s a key card reader in that elevator to access the floors~ but not used. As a survivor of domestic violence that concerns me Also no microwave in my room

Honestly, I loved this hotel. They were able to accommodate a super early check-in for me, which I really appreciated. The hotel is modern and clean, and I loved my room. Breakfast was great, but the highlight was the rooftop bar with its stunning runway view. I stayed here for just one night while visiting BCOM, and the location couldn’t be more convenient. It's just a five-minute walk from the airport. I also felt very safe in the area. Sometimes airport-adjacent neighborhoods can sometimes feel sketchy. That wasn’t the case at all. Highly recommend!

Very nice & spacious rooms and the hotel layout is good overall and the room pricing is very reasonable compared to other properties. The rooftop restaurant/bar is very unique and has a great view of the Melbourne Airport.

The charges for overnight parking is ridiculous since there's no where else to park. The cost of the food and drinks in the rooftop bar are way too expensive and really should be reevaluated. The breakfast buffet aligns with most other hotels, but the food is just adequate, nothing great.

Very clean hotel in general and also the room. Bed comfortable and aircon fairly quite. Burger and pizza, which we ordered at the bar, were very good. Location to the airport is brilliant. Room quite considering location.

The first time we stayed here a couple of weeks ago, on arrival, breakfast had very nice bacon strips. The hotel now has what they call "Canadian Bacon." This is ultra processed, smoke tasting, rubbish. Awful. Burger and Pizza were pricey. They call the 8-inch pizza a personal pizza LoL...

Very nice hotel. I was a little concerned when I found out it was so close to the airport, thought it might be noisy, but it was a very quiet place. Most secure hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Clean, friendly staff, good breakfast. Big rooms very comfortable beds. Would definitely recommend it to family and friends. Close to beaches without having to pay a high price for a beach hotel. My only recommendation is that the desk staff inform the guest when they check in that they will need their key card to go up and down the elevator.

The hotel facilities are very clean, elegant and pretty much brand new. Breakfast was fresh and tasted good. Room was fancy and TV's have the chromecast option for you to stream your own movies and shows. Close to the mall and lots of cool stores and restaurants

Staff member who did my check in was not willing to look for options to fix a last minute problem that occurred with my booking until another staff member offered some assistance, did not honored the free parking that was offered with online booking and overcharged my credit card. House Keeping never went to clean, organize or empty trash cans in our room throughout the entire stay. Front Desk Only gave us a single roll of toilet paper when a refill was requested

The staff were all friendly and pleasant. The breakfast was great. The gym has everything you need for a short workout - even Pelotons. There is ample parking and you can walk to the airport. It is also within easy reach of most if Melbourne.

We booked an accessible room, which wasn't ready when we checked in. We had to stay in a regular room on the first night, which was inconvenient and not a great start to our trip. The pool was too cold to swim in at this time of year. Apparently there is a $5 per day parking charge.

The room was very comfortable. Liked the bathroom layout with a large standalone shower. Large flat-screen TV. The room was equipped with a refrigerator and a safe. This property is very new so everything was clean and up-to-date. The little bar in the lobby was perfect for a late night cocktail after a long day. The breakfast was adequate. We were only there for one night so didn't use the other facilities.

There was confusion on check-in. Because we booked through Booking.com we were told that a third party didn't have complete information about what was available. Therefore, our request for 2 king room close together couldn't be accommodated.
