The room was spacious. The bed was massive and very clean. The bathroom was adequate. The hotel itself is nestled away from the road or shopping centers, so the outside noise was next to nothing. The staff were very helpful.

Listed as an extended stay, and came complete with a kitchen area, but had no coffee maker, cups, plates, utensils or anything whatsoever. The only trashcan was in the bathroom. The only comforts were some single-use tea bags with sugar, and nothing to even put them in. I'm surmising you can request these at the front desk, but that seems silly, given what you're paying for.

My room was exceptionally clean when I first checked in. Front desk staff was incredibly friendly upon check in and check out. Bed was very comfortable. Conveniently located near everything I needed during my stay.

The only thing I didn't like was the lack of water pressure. It made showering extremely difficult

It was a very nice location, clean, nice rooms. The front desk was wonderful! I wish the noise was less. Especially when you are in a lot of pain!!

Privacy.. clean, very friendly staff. Helped me with anything I needed. Answered all questions I may have had..

Sink In my bathroom didn't drain very very. Had to clean it every time I used it. Water pressure in shower was too weak, and shower head was too high. Mold in the bottom seam of the shower.

The only thing I can say is that when you stay at extended stay in Palm Bay you will get nothing but great service the staff is beyond friendly day and night staff each and every one of them I truly would like to think all of them for all of the great service great attitude jumping to my beck and call at any given moment I really enjoyed my stay there I stayed there for almost 2 weeks and it was the best two weeks that I can honestly say I had I had no problem with no one there anything I needed anything I needed they were more than willing to help me from the front desk to the room cleaners to the maintenance everyone there was just great you really have wonderful staff working for your company and I hope that they continue to grow thank you for allowing us to stay there la Quanta Scott

Very clean and well equipped. Staff was friendly and efficient. Comfortable bed, TV worked well. Coffee was good.

Not necessarily hotel's fault, but floor above had an issue with guests making significant noise and flooding the bathroom which caused water through the ceiling. Breakfast was not up to par. Expectations....

Room was bigger than expected, beds were comfy

Shower pressure was bad and took a good 5 minutes to get warm water, also if someone else was running sink while someone else was showering the water goes freezing cold

The beds were on steady rails where if my 3 year old lost something underneath it I could get it. The beds were comfortable and I like the fact that we had a refrigerator and a microwave in our room. The floors was laminated so it was nice that it wasn't carpet.

The shower when you turn it on. It was making a lot of noises before the hot water kick in. The construction workers were working on the elevators so we had to take stairs to the third floor which was bad because each hallway was extremely uncomfortably hot and it was not cool. I felt uncomfortable like the building was going to be on fire.

Location, laundry, room , quiet.. Although the water and bathroom situation, I almost felt like I was home.

The bathroom and sink water have a very strong bad smell when it starts running, The bathroom cleaning could be better. The bottom of the bathroom door has grown dirt line.

The location was perfect. Easy on and off the highway.

The breakfast was nonexistent most days. Other days they put out a few yogurts and 4 or 5 oranges. On our last day they actually put out some oatmeal packets. Very disappointed.
