The breakfast area was clean and always stocked. The lobby of the hotel was clean and always smelled good. The room was large and comfortable, the beds too were comfortable attributed to a great Night sleep. Front desk ladies Erica, Michelle, and Paola were all super helpful and always courteous. We were there with our baseball team and did a BBQ by the pool Fernando and Frank were super helpful and brought us out extra umbrellas and all the utensils we needed fir the BBQ.

Hotel appeared new and clean. Rooms very well equipped with plates, silver wear, cooking utensils, full size fridge, dishwasher and microwave.

Only a very minor issue: Bathroom light in our suite was automatic turn on/off but would only turn on if the entrance light was also on. Fully understand the need for a switch control, to prevent the bathroom light turning on during night but this arrangement not so convenient when one family member may want to shower early morning without flooding the bedroom with light for other family members. As I said, only a minor issue, everything else above and beyond expectations.

Everything from the outside of the Hotel to the inside , the rooms, the staff, the breakfast, the pool, the BBQ area, everything was perfect!!!! Also, every store or food place that you can think of, is no more than 3 minutes away!!!! Amazing!!! Definitely going again!!!!

The hotel was clean, staff very friendly and the room was more of an apartment then room. Easy access from airport.Arbys nearby to grab a snack after long flight

Only small thing, no bar although you could use sister hotel nxt door.

The pool area was great! The staff were super friendly and helpful if I needed anything, they found it for me. The rooms are HUGE and we’re perfect for our family for a longer stay.

I do wish there was a little more variety in the breakfast like I’ve had at other hotels but it was good to not have to worry about finding something for us and the kids. It was a good way to start the day!

Close to shopping and easy access to 95. Very helpful staff.

Breakfast signs indicated fresh berries though there were none. I thought it was closer to the King Center (my bad).

Breakfast was ok. Could be much better.

Front desk people were rude. Cleaning people demanded we leave the room exactly at 11am. I’m handicapped and I don’t move that quickly. They were also rude.

Power failure along with their generator no lighting in stairs no elevator stuck on the 4 th floor no electricity or airflow

My husband and I have never stayed at a Home2 Suite. We were pleasantly surprised by the room amenities, incl a dishwasher. We didn't use the dishwasher; but if we had been there on vacation (instead of the purpose for which we traveled) we would have used it. My husband interacted with the staff and he said they were friendly and helpful. I would stay at a Home2 Suite again.

We stayed one night. Seriously, there was nothing that we encountered that "could have been better."
