The staff was great! Room was clean, I'd actually been in that room for 4 days then switched from my mom booking to me booking. Moved to an upstairs room and the quality of that room was even better! I love that there are designated pet rooms, which have the cost of the pet built in. No guessing what the fee is and it's not outrageous. This is the cleanest location with the best staff that I've been to.

Outdoor area isn't much to look at

I LOVE the staff here! Every single time I have someone different and they go way Way above the bar for customer service. They are kind and friendly and very understanding of unique situations, without judgment. Keep up the great work! The 5 stars should study thus crew!

Room was decent & clean. No roaches or bed bugs! Staff was excellent about cleaning the room when you asked them to. Close to everything. Hotel is right off the main highway. Very convenient to everything. Very affordable room for sure! Would definitely stay here again.

Hotel is old! Needs to be remodeled. Rooms & the whole building in general need updating!

The breakfast my kids love them, I like the location as well, the staff are great. The front desk guy is amazing his very patient and friendly smile.thank you for making my stay nice and comfortable.

Definitely need some new beds omg my back screaming lol And for the stay over need a routine on change sheets.

Nice location and great staff

The room I had was for someone in a wheel chair, there was a large cap under the door big enough for a snake, critter to come in. The mirror was messed up

They are affordable, don't charge a deposit for locals like almost every other hotel in the area And have coffee whenever I'm in the office

The bed was nice and comfy.

I didn't like the dirty AC filter I had to clean. I was not provided the original room I booked and the computer checkin device was a pain.. too much echo and the live agent was double charged me after I said I had prepaid for the room

Very good value excellant location and staff work to handle what I ou need.

Bugs and Roaches were all over the the room, shower. Bed and running accross the TV Screem. When and if I good there again I will appoint of carrying some good vug spray
