Lovely big room and spacious bathroom which were both exceptionally clean, breakfast was excellent, lots of variety amd good quality. Plenty of parking, a great swimming pool with towels provided, staff were very friendly

Shame there wasn’t somewhere in walking distance for evening meal

Easy parking, Large Room size . Large bathroom.

Too much noise from other staying people (children) until midnight, and starting earşy morning ! (Even though we have requested a silent room from reception guy, and he said ‘of course’) Very Pet friendly ( I like pets but it means someone could be sleeping with his/her dog just last night in your room even ur bed. You dont want this). You dont get even 1 bottle of water before getting your room, for this money stay it should not be like this. (One day before We stayed at a more expensive area, paid same money we had ‘unlimited’ bottles of water compşimentary.

Overall our stay was a success, check in was quick, staff were friendly and helpful, we liked the very stylish lobby. The rooms are comfortable and spacious.

We were surprised that the hotel has only one elevator, sometimes, for example in the morning, during breakfast, there was quite a big queue in front of the elevator, it would be much more convenient if there were two elevators! Overall, we liked everything!

RE: Bedroom: It didn't say anywhere on the website (that we could find) that our bedroom would have a microwave and a coffee maker, which was a great surprise. RE: Washroom: Dove shampoo and conditioner was another great surprise! RE: Breakfast: cinnamon buns!

RE: Breakfast: Maybe it's the US culture, but I was shocked by the amount of garbage created: everything is plastic, no reusable cups, plates nor cutlery. Only fresh things were apples and bananas. They have a pancake machine which seemed to be a success among families with children - but to us it was tasted like flour.

the staff was extra friendly. the room and facilities were extra clean, which means a lot to me. bed was very comfortable, I usually struggle sleeping in Hotel beds, but this one was great.

the breakfast was ok at best. it wasnt very crowded, but most everything was either very low quantities or completely empty. not a huge deal to me, i made due with what was available, which was still plenty.

Nice, clean & efficient

Property was fine; unfortunately, you all decided to upgrade my friend to a suite; she did not need to be upgraded, but rather needed the handicap room which she reserved specifically in advance. Please remember this for future guests. It caused us about a two hour delay to get into our rooms. Her room was comped, however my friend and I didn’t get a break even though we were the ones who did all the leg work since our handicapped friend can’t walk!

Great staff!! Convenient location. Outdoor patio adjacent to the pool is a big plus. Always very clean!!

The constant stream of scary drug and drunk people from another property, cutting through the side and back of the IHG hotel property. Some secure fencing would alleviate the problem. Other than that, this is a great property that we have stayed at several times and have enjoyed each visit.

Very nice lobby, staff and facilities. Room was clean and pillows were perfect. Sheets were soft too! Shout out to the staff! We left a shirt in the closet. Called from the highway 3 hrs after check out. They were so helpful, and my husband's shirt is in the mail! Thank you!

Really nice bedroom with confortable bed Swimming pool and the spa were nice and had large opening hours The remote control for the curtains for the light day in the bedroom was nice and working nicely The bathroom was really nice

We were giving an attenant bedroom without asking and we could hear all the conversations from the neighbors in the evening and during the night as they seem to have left early - was really not nice/confortable Breakfast was ok, but exactly the same as the motels around so I would have expected more from an actual hotel
