It was a nice place This is the place I stay every year when I cruise

Didn't like how one of the shuddle drivers drive he drives too fast and almost caused us and Accidents Friday October 25 2024

Location to the cruise port was fantastic. Staff were very friendly and informative . Children used the pool and hot tub . Could have been a bit more within the hotel to keep children entertained seeing as most people don’t have a car as they use the hotel shuttle to the port . We had a lovely view of the ships coming in to dock from our room.

The room was great! My kids enjoyed the pool (I thought it was too cold) and I enjoyed the hot tub.

Your shuttle service was pretty bad. I specifically asked at check-in if booking the 12:00 shuttle would ensure I met my cruise embarkation time slot of 12:00-12:30, and was told yes, it's only 5 minutes away. The room to assemble everyone for cruise shuttles (which I had to pay EXTRA for) was over-cramped with people, and my family wasn't called to board a shuttle until nearly 12:30. Then the shuttle took people to a different terminal before taking my group, which made me miss my designated time altogether. Yes, I still boarded my cruise, but the fact that you can't meet the given timelines added stress to my trip.

When we went into the room near midnight, we found the AC continued cooling and temperature was only 13 degrees Celsius. The kind lady on duty that night brought us blankets after figuring out the AC was dysfunctional. To our surprise, she also said we definitely should be compensated in this case and she would report to the manager. After a while, the lady came and told us the manager's decision. They gave us two double rooms instead of the quadruple room we booked and only charged us half the price of a quadruple room. It's unbelievable. We highly appreciated the lady and the manager of this comfortable hotel!

The facility was clean, the hallways was perfectly cool,the employees at the Front Desk and Food Services were very polite.

At around 9 pm and 4:30AM every day, there is an extremely disturbing sound that appears like a generator being built up. At times it sounds like heavy equipments. That sound lasted for about 30 minutes. Also, we are use to a suite to have a regular size refrigerator. There was only the tiny refrigerator. We went to dinner and brought back a lot of food and not even one of the boxes could fit in that fridge.

Easy to access cruise terminals, tourist attractions, dining and gas. Continental breakfast was included with price which is nice.

Pool area could be noisy at times with sounds traveling up to room, not enough cookies/napkins out at the “free” cookie station. I also was to receive an emailed receipt for my stay when I checked out but I never received anything. It’s been 3 days now.

The people that worked at the desk were very friendly and helpful. They knew exactly what they were doing and had us checked in quickly. The building was very clean as well as the room. The hotel is well maintained. There were no signs of wearing in the carpets, walls, outside the building or in the furnishings. The bathroom was very clean and there was no signs of wearing or patch repairs around the tub or in the sinks. The shower actually drained while showering! There is nothing like walking into a hotel only to observe stained carpets and dirty hallways or into your room and find the furnishings so old they look dirty & outdated or walk into the bathroom only to find mold in the shower surround, cracks and patches around the bathroom fixtures or that the fan in the bathroom does not work. This hotel exceeded our expectations and we will definitely stay at County Inn & Suites by Radisson again; expecting the same pleasant experience.

There was nothing that I did not like . My only suggestion would be to add a variety of bagels to the breakfast menu. Keep up the great work .

I would like to give a "shout out" to the front desk person by the name of Jewel. She was precious, extremely nice and very patient with my family. She was a good listener and any questions that I had she answered them quickly. The entire front desk staff was very helpful. If we needed anything for the room, the request was taken care of promptly. The only issue I have was with a housekeeper staff member who told my husband that she didn't understand English as he had gotten slightly confused. That was not necessary and definitely not helpful to him. I did not appreciate that at all.

Have housekeeping staff to be more helpful. We are not trying to be difficult and we understand what there duties are but do not think when we ask a question that it means more work for you. A simple referral to someone else who can help us is much better than saying "no speak English".

Smooth check in, welcoming desk staff. Clean and comfortable room. The location to the cruise terminal is awesome, also a few nice establishments near by for dinner and drinks. We utilized the cruise package (onsite parking and shuttle service to and from port), I can not say enough how awesome your shuttle drivers are. I will definitely stay here again for my next cruise adventure.

The chaotic breakfast area/room. Kids unattended touching everything, sneezing near the food. I observed a gentlemen walk into the breakfast area with no shoes on. It is not the hotels fault, but would be nice for adults to control their children and respectively wear the proper attire.

I came with a group of family the day before our cruise and everything was really Good at our stay . Front desk was so Helpful and lead us to great locatIons to dine at. Hotel is in walking distance to alot of places and really close to Port. He had reserved 9 rooms we drove from South Carolina to Florida. We do plan on going back
