The room was clean, the sheets, bed and pillow was soo comfortable. The food in the restaurant was lovely and since we had an early checkout, the front desk who checked up in prepared us some breakfast to takeaway.

We checked out at 5am, the front office staff appeared to be sleepy and not prepared for early checkout despite being informed earlier. We had to ask if our breakfast takeaway was ready and had to wait for that to be sent to us. For a 5 star, they should be trained a little better.

Bliss has been our stay at Tirupati since 2012 when my father introduced me to this hotel. This time I called Bliss and was warmly greeted by Balakrishna, and he assured us a comfortable stay. We were welcomed by driver Shekhar at the airport and Sathi at the hotel who ensured a smooth processing. The entire Tirupati trip was completely planned and arranged by Balakrishna and Shekhar very meticulously around our schedule. Shekhar was very welcoming at the airport and he helped us all around Tirupati showing us different places around Tirupati. The food was excellent and offered different cuisines and the beds were really comfortable. The room had exceptional views. I loved the stay at Ekantha Bliss and will always stay here even in the future.

Excellent modern theme and all ammenities are new. Modern contemporary ambience with great emphasis given to the values and traditions, which was fitting for us as we were on our visit to Tirumala. Staff were extremely helpful and respectful. We very impressed with their F&B manager named Om Prakash who took away our empty plates upon us finishing our food. Such a humble attitude practiced by the leadership in this hotel. Shekar, Vicky, Lilie and everyone else were so helpful with our queries, they were happy to let us drop off our luggage but ended up us checking in, which was great. We are pleased with the excellent treatment and enjoyed our stay there, will definitely return when time permits.

The staff were friendly, obliged our every request, room was clean and comfortable.

Our only minor issue was with the very slow coffee/tea service at the breakfast buffet. The coffee had bits of milk aolid, was tepid and actually wasn't really filter Coffee. We had the temple cuisine veg meal for lunch and every item was tasteless, cold and bland. A little disappointed with just this. We will continue to stay at Ekante Bliss on our future visits to Tirupati. Thanks for the excellent rooms and staff service.

The entire IHCL experience was wonderful.We had our daughter's inlaws accompanying us.We had a divine darshan in Tirupati, Tirumala and SriKalahasti over three days and nights. Hope we can repeat such stays in other places too.

IHCL has always exceeded expectations in every field of hospitality - rooms, banquet, courtesy. Taj Brand is the Best.

People working are very friendly Specially SATHI who welcomed me in terrific manner She is one bubbly, chirpy, helpful and will go at any level of hospitality so that customer have top notch experience with the hotel 1. She welcomed me Tika and juice 2. She made me sit on the sofa and rest and there only she onboarded 3. She explained very well all things about hotel - there facilities, in house restaurants and it's timings 4. She showed me my room and explained all facilities 5. Overwhelming and comfort smile left me in my room Food was great Chauffeur was awesome Mr. Nagaraj Driving was great smooth Loved the stay.. very good to stay for solo or with friends or with family as well All the best Sathi.. you will great wonders and I wish you great success and hope you will achieve everything in your life😀😀😀😀😀

Starting from chec- in to check-out, the overall experience was amazing. Front desk staff member Mr Rahul and Balakrishna were very polite and professional with their service.. F&B hotel restaurant staff were friendly and welcoming, too. The dining food was delicious. Kudos to the chef. Lot of food options. Buffet breakfast was amazing and delicious. Rooms were very clean and tidy. The bathrooms were well maintained.The overall experience was amazing. We love the hotel and our stay. Will definitely will come again. My family and kids all enjoyed the stay. In Tirupathi Ekante Bliss is my favourite hotel.

I loved everything about the hotel. The way we were welcomed in such a grand way. Then the Aarti and Mala. The room was beautiful. The food is fantastic. The staff were so warm ,welcoming and awesome. Mr Venkatadri brought us food and was so kind to us guided us places to visit in tirupati. Ms Kusuma planned the best Anniversary celebration for me and my Husband. And Mr Uttham Mishra took care of each and everything from our anniversary celebrations to our checkout. He even packed us some journey food. Uttham is the most kind and generous person and Mr Bimal also was the most welcoming person. He bought us cake and was there throughout. One the whole we had an awesome experience at the Ekante Bliss Hotel. Now from next time whenever I come to Tirupati I'll be staying only at the Bliss. Thankyou for such an awesome experience we had.
