The hotel was a very nice surprise. Located in a cozy square, fully automated, the room and bathroom were gigantic. A lot of natural light and very clean and silent. The next day was the market day of the city, in the square the hotel was located. Fresh fruits, regional products and artisans. Lovely. It’s very near the village center. Ot is easy to go to Saint Joseph Shrine, if you have a car.

This place is a typical family mansion at the heart of Cotignac, and you will feel like you are living in this charming village instead of staying at a hotel. The rooms are quite large and cosy, impeccably clean, and well distributed.

There is no staff on site, which is not some hidden feature as it is pretty much explained when you book, via the check-in process. Everything is actually done for you to be able to get in and get out without any human interaction. But for those who wish to have a little bit of a comforting presence from someone who at least knows the area, this can be a little bit disturbing.

Size of the room was remarkable. I was not disturbed by the road works at all so the sound insulation must have been good. It was right in the middle of Cotingac. Friendly concierge who spoke english better than my french.

The entry key mobile app simply doesnot work. It took a while 20mins ... to actually get in to the room. The concierge said he was just on the way down - this turned out to be in from the other hotel up the hill,LOL. Apparently everyone had the same problem so we are left wondering why they havent changed the system.

Wonder large apartment, recently renovated, nice kitchen and dining area with pullout couch. Center of town. Perfect.

We never could get the electronic door key app to work. However, we were able to get key cards at the hotel across the street.

It was clean and comfortable.

Check in was a bit tricky. Come to find out there is a front at a nearby hotel that could have made the process seamless.

Great location, really clean room, nice view out over the mountain, really enjoyed our stay the only downside was the code and app didn’t work for self check in so had to ask around and then find another hotel to be let into hotel la Falaise.

No staff around, no options for breakfast ( the cafe they suggest is just closed throughout the day), no parking, no internet

It would be nice if there was a reception with a human being as a receptionist, or if we were informed that we could use the reception at the Lou… hotel.

Location and convenience were both excellent. App based keys worked extremely well and the hotel was exactly as expected.

Nothing wrong with it at all.
