From start to finish everything about the resort was amazing. We went for our anniversary trip on an all inclusive trip and every single aspect of our stay was perfect. They decorated the room very nicely and even added champagne and a heart shaped cake for our special occasion. The room itself was very big for a standard room and had a huge balcony with an amazing view of the sea. The resort itself had some of the best food I have ever had in their buffets and a la carte restaraunts, which were all part of the all inclusive deal. Moreover, there is food available at some part of the hotel or another 24/7. There are eight swimming pools and some really fun water slides. Sport facilities like tennis courts, basketball courts and football pitches are available to use. The resort has amazing WiFi and a private beach with beach bars and food facilities there as well. Overall, I can go on and on about how amazing this is but it still will not do it justice. This resort is the best in Antalya for whatever your trip purpose may be. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

The paid Shops inside the resort are a bit expensive but there is a market 6 mins walk outside the hotel that has very cheap options.

Fantastic facilities, just a shame no sports bar

The three water slides by the pool which are 3 race lanes, green curly slide then the purple speed slide. The idea is the 3 race lanes you get out of the end pool to the right, green centre, purple left. The amount of times the lifeguard had to blow his whistle and tell kids/adults to not cross the purple slide was ridiculous. We was only there 7 days and how we didn’t see a major accident was a Miracle!!! Probably why this hotel is the Miracle hotel ! I offered the simple solution of tying a rope to individualise the lanes but the lifeguard said the management aren’t interested!!! I would highly recommend watching your children the first time you go on the slides so they know where to get out of the pool safely. 👍🏻

+ friendly staff + a lot of choice in the main restaurant for breakfast/lunch/dinner + at any time possible to eat or drink something + spacious room + nice arrangement of lights in the evening + very good value for money

- no iron available for the clothes whether in the room nor on request - window did not close very well so at evening too much noise was coming from outside - wifi mit login screen instead of network password is a problem for some devices - open trash bins in the room do not look nice - animation program could be improved - pool water could be a bit warmer - best places at the beach (small houses) only with reservation and additional costs - elevators at rush hours are slow

Adults and children's in the same swimming pool. Don't get me wrong, we do love children's ❤️ but 4 days at the pool is more than enough 🙂 very busy, no quiet place around the pool to relax and read the book.. Parents instead of wiping their child's snotty nose with a towel or a handkerchief, they wash it directly in the pool (I'm sorry for the details), many different nuances, what I saw, the pool did not seem hygienic to me, the shower is outside by the pool, but very few people use it. Yes, you probably saying go to adults only hotel then, because it's quieter - I will do 🙂

The hotel was very clean and comfortable, and the swimming pool facilities were great for children and adults. Unique access to the beach and the exclusivity of the beach were very desirable. The quality of the food and its variety were acceptable.

At the time of reception, we were not given any guidance about the hotel's facilities and the location of the restaurant and its hours, and we had to find out everything by repeatedly asking the staff. It is better for the hotel to prepare a guide map for travelers.

would be better if reception and room service staff knew English better because it was little bit hard to communicate. but we did not have any problems because of that. only bad experience was that we got scammed in Jewelry store inside hotel, we thought because it was inside hotel we could trust them but they took advantage of that fact and lied about diamond/Zircon eyes + price :(

The hotel is very good, but the service separates people if you are European or American, all super service is very nice talk, well, if in Asians they are sometimes dissatisfied, I don’t understand, we also pay the same money, why so?

Ambience, facilities ,activities

Air conditioner in room no 1935, In the night it doesn't cool and we have to open the window door in the night to continue our sleep,which is really disgusting if someone has to sleep without air conditioner while being in a 5 star hotel. Also not many good options in the food menu for pure vegetarians .A gentle request to add atleast one vegetarian Indian food item,if it is possible.

Room is big and very comfy. All in the hotel is big and luxurious. The main restaurant is huge and with a lot of choices.

I didn't get much explanations how the things work at the resort, had to figure it out all by myself. It's a shame that in an all inclusive hotel the snack bar's close soon, it sohuld be open all day and not just from 12h to 16h. The drinks at the bar wasn't so good as it should. One of the neighbors hotels has very loud music until late hours, can be a problem if your room is by that side, but the room it self is silent

The customer relations went above and beyond to help Us celebrate our anniversary with flowers champagne and room Decorations along the hotel Was beautiful and clean food was outstanding
