Room size is good and spacious. Bathroom size is good. Staff is very cooperative specially Mr Sirajuddin who allowed us to stay an hour extra time to check out and as per our requirements he arranged nice taxi and driver who took us to all important point and drop at Madupam Railway station.Overall experience is very good.

Hotel distance from Tample is about more than 3 Km.No mall or market near hotel.

Excellent newly appointed rooms. We stayed in their Family suite which is an excellent property with 2 large bedrooms with a sliding partition. Comfortable large beds, and big room size! Helpdesk staff was exceptional and went out of the way to help us with Temple darshan and guidance for Dhanushkodi. It is just 1 Km from the temple, and right on the highway. It also has secure basement parking.

Wi-Fi was not working on "our" floor only. This was a technical problem and not such a big issue since network coverage is excellent. Also, they don't serve food in the room, which we never order anyways. Snacks, tea and coffee can be served in room.

The rooms are spacious and clean.The staffs are very Cooperative and we had dinner in the restaurant the taste was delicious.Again Next month I have a plan of visiting rameswaram,pretty sure I will come back here to have a comfortable stay and highly recommended property in rameswaram

The Property is very near to temple. Staff are so friendly and welcoming. The Breakfast and Dinner were very tasty. They have North Indian food available.

The staff was very helpful, especially Ms. Mariah at the reception. She helped a lot at personal level, in resolving some issue with local bike rental shop. Thanks Mariah for that 😊 I would decommend this hotel to couples, family memebers for good and safe stay at Rameshwaram.

The Rooms are very nice and I liked their Interior Design, Mainly Toilet was well maintained. The staff are very courteous.Mainly The manager was very approachable.

The location of the hotel was really close to Ramanathaswamy Temple. The food was good for the price, especially for North Indians. The staff was very cordial and supportive, even conversing in Hindi with us.

Property located nearby temple, Parking Facility and Mainly the Breakfast was too good and tasty. Rooms are clean and spacious.The staff are very friendly.

The staff need more training on customer service and management. All are found confused and easy going and this can only help to drive away clients. Please improve this area then it can convert to an excellent facility and definitely be number one option for your customers.
