The location and the rooms are excellent. Rooms are so spacious, almost the size of a regular hotel suite.

The food can improved substantially. I feel it is quite overpriced but not upto the mark. Also, some of the staff, I would term them a little rough around the edges. Things like getting the porch lights turned on is a basic thing they should’ve taken care of. Also, overall better lighting would definitely help guests who like to take midnight strolls in this otherwise peaceful property.

The dinner experience and one at the bar were enjoyable

Breakfast was very ill-managed; the staff was inadequate and non-responsive. On day 1 occupancy was very low and therefore the place was better managed. Day 2 breakfast was very disappointing. Cold milk for the cereals was not available and was given on request. It was found to have curdled. The Uttapam batter had also turned stale and sour. These were simply unacceptable.

The Room Nos. from 102-108 have a panoramic view, whereas the other room nos. from 108-134 has construction on the other side of the rooms. So choose from room nos. 102-108 for a clear and unobstructed views. As we were only 3 families in the resort on the day of our stay, it is difficult to comment on the total feel when the same is fully occupied.

Lighting at the premises was well designed. It is in accordance to the nature.

There were frequent power cuts, though it was for max one min each. But it was not expected.

The food was amazing. The location is excellent and convenient. The staff is extraordinary. They go out of the way to look into all of your needs. Would definitely recommend to fellow travellers.
