Location, pool, gym overall great customer service. I also like the radio alarm clock next to the bed. I could listen to music and set an alarm without using my phone.

There was a few stains I had to clean myself. And the door threshold seal is slightly coming apart from the bottom of the door. People could see in the room if they wanted to. I didn't notice it until the second night. I had to put the table in front of the door to block that part.

Customer Service went above and beyond, breakfast included from the hotel restaurant was very good!

Booking.com botched something and the stay showed as cancelled to the hotel. When I called booking.com guess services I was told they were going to have to call the hotel directly themselves to straighten it out. I held the line only for the rep, Jose, to come back and say his system wasn't working and he was going to reboot and call me back. He never called the hotel nor me back. Thankfully Holiday Inn honored the reservation I showed them via the booking.com app and at that price (after waiting 30-60min without a callback from booking.com). I followed up with the hotel manager the next day who said she was able to take care of it, but no booking.com never called back as they said they would. Very disappointed. Not the "VIP customer service" I was promised. Will book directly from now on.

Staff was friendly and great. Room was a good design Lots of plugs for computer equipment. I liked the block out curtains on the windows. I like there was a bell cart available so I could bring easily bring my luggage to the room.

The restaurant breakfast food is awful. The omelette tasted like salt. The bread was of poor quality. Pancakes and waffles were passable. Kitchen was exceptionally slow. No extra towels in room even when requested of housekeeping Standing in the shower is a slip hazard, you need a non-skid strip on the bathtub floor.

Hotel staff was great. Ruth was very professional and welcoming.

The waitresses at the restaurant could use some training. If we wanted drink refills or needed anything, we got up and went to the bar to ask because they were standing at the bar chatting and didn't check on us. We were the only customers, so there was no reason we should have had to keep getting up to ask for things.

Friendly staff along with clean hotel. Great location for our religious event.

Parking seemed unprotected and vulnerable. I notified the front desk that the room's door didn't secure easily. One had to shove it to open and pull it hard to secure it. Nothing was done about it during our stay.

Welcoming staff and bar staff were great, property was nice and clean. Beds were comfortable.

I had to wipe a few things down in the bathroom. Just a little more attention to detail. The pool was closed which was a reason I booked so my nephew had something to do. No complimentary breakfast.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The facilities appear very well maintained, and clean. The bed was comfortable, too. Even the bath towels were of decent quality. The staff was super friendly as well.

No complaints about facilities. I did not get a chance to try the breakfast, though. My husband thought navigating to get there was a bit of a hassle. I did't think it was that bad, but I wasn't driving

Cleanest hotel I’ve ever been in! Very friendly Lovely room. Gave us eclipse eyeglasses. Had extra hours in the small coffee shop/ bar. Had breakfast. Usual menu, your choice is brought to you

Inflated prices during the eclipse weekend. But, you gotta make hay while the sun shines ( or eclipses)

Our room was clean & modern. The hotel was clean & modern. Staff was friendly & nice, yet professional. Breakfast was delicious & our waitress was very attentive. There was ample parking. And thanks for the luggage carts-we needed them!

The breakfast was terrible, slow, and the mix-up of the food orders. Coffee was disgusting. You need to do better on this part.
