Location was good at the bottom of Mount Buller and Mount Stirling. Beautiful sunsets with Deer grazing nearby. Overall room was neat and tidy and well appointed.

Asked for room with view as per advertised photos. Upon arriving our chalet was not what we were expecting and asked if any other chalets were available as it was a special anniversary getaway. Was told nothing else available as they were busy, didn't seem correct as carpark was near empty and we saw a total of maybe 12 guests in 4 days. Cleaners need to clean behind couch. Was not asked how our stay was upon checking out Restuarant was overpriced for the quality of food served. Facilities (spa) need updating

We stayed in chalet no 9.. The way to our unit are abit slopy and few stairs to climb. Love the wildlife around the property . Many cacaktoos of different species visited us, Deers came up in the morning and kangaroos can be seen around the premises. The best apartment we stayed so far during our vist in Melbourne. Just few minutes away to bus terminal to Mt Buller. There’s ski hire shop by the hotel . The scenery was panoramic and beautiful. Live the settings. Excellent stay

Our chalet was not wheelchair or elderly friendly. The bus service to Mt Buller are pricy although they pick up from the hotel lobby.

Our room was very comfortable and quiet. The bathroom was clean with high end fixtures and large soft towels. We ate at the restaurant for dinner and the food and advice from our waiter were excellent. All the staff we engaged with were friendly, well informed and willing to assist in any way they could. The free pre dinner Mulled wine (gluhwein) in front of the fire was an excellent starter as was the deer walking through the property to close our evening.

Excellent, picturesque outdoor mountain views. Lot of in house facilities- mini golf, walking areas by the lake, Billiard --all to keep you entertained. Complete with spa, sauna and a heated pool. Would love to come back again.

The Sauna is common for males and females. Would appreciate a privacy partition from Sebel management in future if possible.

It was so peaceful and amazing!

The fact that we had 2 single beds pushed together and I had to sleep in the crack! I did ask for a king bed but obviously they had none! It was uncomfortable and is the only negative about our stay!

Staff were friendly and tried to make us feel welcome. And the resort was in a tranquil and relaxed setting.

Breakfast could have been a lot more warmer and a little time spent buttering the toast instead of giving you hard butter to spread with all your ingredients already sitting on your toast. Also our bathroom steamed up every time we had a shower become of inadequate ventilation. Not what I expected for $500 per night. Adequate but definitely not

I’ve booked for two days. However my room wasn’t made up for second day. I had asked for provide extra towels because other one are wet.

Facilities were really lovely. And well looked after by staff. Also give an extra point for a window that opens....that's my fave in hotel accommodation

I wasn't there long enough to stay for the breakfast (early checkout) 8am till 10am breakfast.

Beautiful environment, stunning bird life, peaceful, clean and comfortable one bedroom apartment with everything we needed. Good quality toiletries.

It wasn’t anything not to like, but I do like a balcony if possible.
