We arrived early in the morning and were able to leave our luggage in the property before we headed out to ski/ snowboard for the day. Really close to the Village Centre less than 10 mins walk. Beautiful kitchen facilities, loved the unlimited coffee and hot chocolate! The bathrooms were shared with everyone but were very clean and had a well thought-out lay-out! Loved the pool table!

Check out was strictly 10am which was fine but we wish we could’ve used the bathroom facilities in the arvo after we checked out. Would have been nice to have a shower after a long day of skiing before heading back to Melbourne.

Fantastic option for a group trip over Easter weekend. The manager, Rob, made us feel completely at home from the minute we arrived and remained a helpful and friendly face throughout our stay. The mix of rooms available was perfect for our group and the facilities available surpassed our expectations. The place was kept very clean and tidy throughout our stay.

Minor things; the wifi was out of order (but there was great 4G/5G reception in the village, so no issue) and one of the large fridges in the kitchen was also out of order, which proved a bit restrictive when the lodge was busy.

Everything,the place is so family friendly. The manager is so friendly she helps you a lot.She talk to you nicely and accommodate you properly.I told to my friends our experienced and it's superb.You can cook as it's share kitchen breakfast included I love the pancake machine and so yummy haha.We also play,they have board games and pool 🎱 really good for family and friends. Definitely will come back next winter with friends.We already talking about it probably we are more than 10 as a group. Highly recommended.❤️

The lodge was friendly, well organised, and the breakfast and coffee/hot chocolate was a nice touch. The communal space was very welcoming to everyone. Terama is exactly the reason why I love staying in ski lodges instead of hotels.

It's about 10 minutes walk to the village - it's really not a huge issue but good to understand the location. Those in ski boots may prefer to get the free bus.

The location was fantastic. You walked out the front door, right into the snow - amazing. It's really close to a shuttle stop which was handy and the owners are so friendly and accommodating. It was beautiful and cosy inside and had a lovely common room with a well stocked kitchen.

A wonderful location, relaxed atmosphere and friendly managers. We loved the coffee/hot choc machine - thank you!

The showers were clean but need a little attention. A wooden slate mat so that you’re not standing on a wet floor or a rubber strip to stop water coming out under the door. A lock on the door of shower cubical would make guests feel more at ease in the space.

The breakfast provided was delicious, the water was incredibly quick to heat up for a hot shower and the managers were pleasant and friendly.

Few private spaces for our group to socialise without the company of the managers and other guests.

Excellent facilities - dry room (for wet clothes, boots, etc.), ski / board storage area, bench seating in the hallway to assist in putting on / removal of boots, and a small lobby / entrance outside which was handy for storing our bags whilst awaiting the shuttle bus back to the car park. Kitchen was well-equipped and we had ample space for our food (1 fridge shelf / 1 pantry cupboard per room). Dishwasher for cutlery / plates / bowls / mugs (emptied by the owners) - washing up by hand if full or for anything else, eg saucepans. Free tea / coffee / hot chocolate all day. Breakfast was great - selection of cereals, tinned fruit, toast and a pancake machine!! Living area was capacious and had a range of seating and dining tables. Pool table was $1 (but we found one of the balls always got stuck). Lots of radiators and windows so you could sit in one corner and turn off the rad / open window if too warm. Balcony had great views. No TV and the WiFi was slow (due to everyone jumping on it) but this gave us the opportunity to have some 'unplugged' time and catch up with reading books, playing card games, etc. - things we wouldn't have done otherwise. Bedrooms weren't very big but had enough storage space for clothes. I found the bed comfortable but my husband said the mattress was too hard. You only get 1 pillow but I asked in advance for extra and they were in my room on arrival, which was nice. Neither of us got much sleep but that was due to existing aches / pains and a fresh injury (my husband). Radiator and opening window provided the option of warmth or coolness, depending on your preference. No locks on doors (presumably because they have school groups and people are often coming and going so not very practical), so getting (un)dressed was very speedy (incase one of the kids walked in and exposed us!) but I guess we could've used the door wedge on the inside, in hindsight!

General temperature of the chalet was too warm. Mattress a bit too firm for my husband's liking (I found it ok). Slow internet (but not their fault). Wife (owner) wasn't very friendly.

This is a fantastic property and I highly recommend. The 'hostel' style works really well as you have a private room but with access to a common lounge area and shared kitchen with your own fridge & pantry space for storage. With the prices of food on the mountain this is definitely a great feature. The entire lodge was clean and warm, and we felt very comfortable for our short trip. The view from our room was beautiful & peaceful. The free shuttle bus stops very close by which made getting to and from the village super easy during the day, and if you want to save yourself the walk back home at night, the pre booked transport was fantastic too & dropped us right back outside.

The lodge is so clean tidy and warm.the manager are welcoming us so nicely. this place pretty close to central only take few minutes walk. all area inside are so confortable . we love the kitchens,dining area, room and toilets because they are super clean. will recommend this place to lot of our friends so they can experience this sme joy ! they give free breakfast and its really yummmy! will visit this great lodge again next winter . btw, we lost our ski and Big thanks to both mnger bcause help to find and return our lost ski 🥲 we really appreciate it. ❤️
