everything was very clean and well kept. Breakfast was a large choice of cereals, with toast, pancakes, juices, fruit, hot and cold drinks, and a very good coffee and hot chocolate machine. SPECTACULAR 5-star view from the breakfast room and lounge area. Well-appointed kitchen, fridge area and pantry for keeping your groceries and supplies. Drying room, entry way all super-clean and tidy. It was also much closer to the village and ski lifts than it looks on the map. There was no need to get the shuttle bus - it was a quick and short walk especially since the roads were clear.

Personally I prefer if there are locks on bedroom doors, but it is a lodge, so I understand why there are not. It was very safe with the main door and also the door to the bedroom area code-locked. I did not feel unsafe at all.

We arrived early in the morning and were able to leave our luggage in the property before we headed out to ski/ snowboard for the day. Really close to the Village Centre less than 10 mins walk. Beautiful kitchen facilities, loved the unlimited coffee and hot chocolate! The bathrooms were shared with everyone but were very clean and had a well thought-out lay-out! Loved the pool table!

Check out was strictly 10am which was fine but we wish we could’ve used the bathroom facilities in the arvo after we checked out. Would have been nice to have a shower after a long day of skiing before heading back to Melbourne.

Comfortable and spacious dining area. Big communal kitchen. Each room was allocated a sufficient fridge and cardboard space in the kitchen personal items.

They did not respond to our email enquiry prior to our stay. For example, we brought eggs to supplement our breakfast but were unable to cook them properly, as no cooking oil was provided in the kitchen. We hadn’t packed any ourselves because we received no reply to clarify what was available.

Fantastic option for a group trip over Easter weekend. The manager, Rob, made us feel completely at home from the minute we arrived and remained a helpful and friendly face throughout our stay. The mix of rooms available was perfect for our group and the facilities available surpassed our expectations. The place was kept very clean and tidy throughout our stay.

Minor things; the wifi was out of order (but there was great 4G/5G reception in the village, so no issue) and one of the large fridges in the kitchen was also out of order, which proved a bit restrictive when the lodge was busy.

Everything,the place is so family friendly. The manager is so friendly she helps you a lot.She talk to you nicely and accommodate you properly.I told to my friends our experienced and it's superb.You can cook as it's share kitchen breakfast included I love the pancake machine and so yummy haha.We also play,they have board games and pool 🎱 really good for family and friends. Definitely will come back next winter with friends.We already talking about it probably we are more than 10 as a group. Highly recommended.❤️

Loved the cleanliness of the place, the simplicity of it, and the excellent location.

Facilities are dated and the place could do with a renovation, however, it is kept in absolute clean condition, and that makes up for the dated facilities, somewhat.

I was here last year and coming back again this year for longer stay! Easy access, warm, clean and lovely place! Clean room, spacious dining area and equipped kitchen. Free shuttle bus stops just steps away.

The bed is bit soft for me, but still good to stay. (nothing can beat good sleep after long day skiing!)

The lodge was friendly, well organised, and the breakfast and coffee/hot chocolate was a nice touch. The communal space was very welcoming to everyone. Terama is exactly the reason why I love staying in ski lodges instead of hotels.

It's about 10 minutes walk to the village - it's really not a huge issue but good to understand the location. Those in ski boots may prefer to get the free bus.

The location was fantastic. You walked out the front door, right into the snow - amazing. It's really close to a shuttle stop which was handy and the owners are so friendly and accommodating. It was beautiful and cosy inside and had a lovely common room with a well stocked kitchen.

A wonderful location, relaxed atmosphere and friendly managers. We loved the coffee/hot choc machine - thank you!

The showers were clean but need a little attention. A wooden slate mat so that you’re not standing on a wet floor or a rubber strip to stop water coming out under the door. A lock on the door of shower cubical would make guests feel more at ease in the space.
