The hotel was very clean and well-maintained. Its location is excellent, just a 45 mins drive from Mt Buller, making it very convenient for ski trips or mountain visits. Highly recommended!

Overall, everything was great during our stay. The hotel was clean and in an excellent location close to Mt Buller. However, there was one small incident that surprised us. We were staying for two nights and three days, but early on the second morning—around 8 AM—someone opened our door with a keycard and entered the room to clean, assuming we had already checked out. Luckily, we were already dressed, or it could have been quite awkward. We explained that we were checking out the next day, and the person left immediately. Still, considering the check-out time is 10 AM, it was odd for someone to come in so early without knocking. It would be great if the cleaning schedule could be better coordinated to avoid such situations.

I very much appreciated the friendly welcome we received. A smile costs nothing and is so many times lacking. However, in this case, we were welcomed with a broad smile, kind attitude, friendly voice and professional explanation of the facilities and surrounding area. We were even given a list of restaurants and cafes for breakfast and dinner, as well as interesting places to visit. We had a quiet room at the back of the property and loved it being a little bit away from all the hustle and bustle at the front.

We asked for our room to be aired but this was not done - the window had not been opened, which could have let in some fresh air. We would have appreciated that. However, despite this, we really enjoyed our stay and will surely return.

The staff was amazing even before we booked, we had questions regarding the property and they then went above and beyond by sending pictures to us to ensure that my partner would be able to use the stairs due to his disability. Once we arrived they allowed us to use another room for my partners mobility scooter, saving me a lot of time going back and forth to the car to retrieve it when we needed to go out. The 3 bedroom Apartment was very spacious, and the beds and pillows was very comfy. The pool spa/sauna area was kept clean and the kids enjoyed using these facilities (and so did I) I would highly recommend to anyone to stay here. I have not come across any place that has been so accommodating to our needs!

The room we had was clean and spacious. There were facilities for cooking and laundry but we did not use. Great location, we were able to easily walk to the main strip for meals and to explore. Salzburg would be an ideal place to stay if planning a trip to Mt Buller. Pool was heated and under a dome, was still a bit cool but the kids braved it. Tennis courts, playground and table tennis were fun for the kids too, although a bit dated.

The rooms and facilities could be updated/modernised a bit but ultimately was comfortable and adequate for our stay.

Stayed in one of the 2 bedroom apartments.. We love these rooms. We asked for a king bed in both rooms and staff obliged. Each bedroom has a tv, aircon and fan... The bathroom has a spa and also a small tele in there for watching whilst soaking in the tub.. Big TV in lounge room, fridge etc... and location is great, short 5 min stroll to the pub in main street for dinner. Tennis courts outside our room, had a warm spa in the public area and a swim in the pool... Have been coming here for 30 years or more... The best place to stay in my opinion...

The public spa, although great needs to be looked at, as the chemicals really hurt our eyes.... Not sure if the PH levels are checked daily but could only stay in there five mins, my eyes did not adjust....

A great place to stay within walking distance of main town area. The room was very clean and comfortable, with kitchen facilities if you wanted to cook meals. The bed was fairly comfortable and there were extra blankets provided which we needed on a cool winter weekend. There are plenty of facilities to use at this resort so families are well catered for.

The bathroom was a bit small but very clean and shampoo and conditioner was provided if needed. It would also be great if the resort had a restaurant, it’s the only thing missing.

Once we realised we were not staying in the main house which we had expected, we were very comfortable in our room. It had a very good bed with nice bedding and sheets. It is great to have a kitchen and a dining table and the shower was nice and hot. We walked easily into town for dinner and loved the stars on the way home to our warm room.

It was very cold so we kept the heating on all night which we do not usually do. For us more bedding would have solved that such as a blanket. However we were perfectly fine with the heating on.

We have stayed at the property many times. we chose this instantly as it is centrally located and we need a short stay accommodation to attend a funeral. When we requested early access to our room, this request was instantly granted, for which we are very grateful. It meant we could could change out of our travelling clothes and get ready comfortably and arrive fresh. Thank you so much for this.

Absolutely nothing. We love how the property has been renovated and updated over the years from the brown brick walls to the fashionable shutters and up to date bathrooms.

Good size accomodation, close to shops and attractions, tennis, basketball ets plenty of entertainment options, good value for money Well equipped kitchen. Very comfortable mattress in the bedrooms

Carpets are stained and require replacement I guess, dishwasher needs monthly disinfectant cleaning, sofa bed was not comfortable Otherwise stay was comfortable Tv in the bathroom needs updating,

Location is great and how well they are connected with the snowfields. Heated pool, sauna and spa is great. The washer and dryer is also fantastic in the rooms. Water pressure is fantastic in the bathroom too.

Beds were uncomfortable and powder supplied for dishwasher wasn’t great. We tried to run the same load twice (a small load we were too lazy to hand wash). E
