Just wanted one comfortable night on our way up camping and 4WD-ING in the High Country . Very good value for money- large balcony to relax on before a beautiful meal on site in the evening. Friendly accommodating staff . Perfect location to stock up supplies before we took off in the morning. Parking on site . Everything we needed ! Thankyou !

There's nothing we didn't like really . The room was smallish I guess if I have to strain my brain to think of something ,but quite comfortable with efficient air conditioner on a warm night . We don't mind shared facilities- I guess this may make it difficult for some guests ,but there with other rooms with private ensures I think . Great value for money .

Staff were welcoming and informative, room was clean, well laid out - a small room with a bed, chair and hanging area plus cosy heater for chilly nights and a fan for summer. Tall ceilings, thick walls, so even with exuberant fellow guests my room was quiet and snug. Shared bathrooms are really nice: modern, clean and well equipped with separate shower rooms and good mirrors. They offered free parking, particularly helpful on a busy Mansfield weekend. The whole pub including accommodation has free guest wifi - really appreciated that!

The rooms are upstairs and access is by steep stairs. Can't be helped, but I had a dodgy knee so I struggled a bit with those.

The Delatite has an atmosphere related to its historical significance in Mansfield. The light fittings, curving staircase and verandah showcase a feeling of times gone by. The restaurant serves delicious food and local wines. My partner is vegetarian and he thoroughly enjoyed the main meal he chose. The Delatite staff were wonderful. Friendly and helpful.

One night we had some restless neighbours who kept going in and out the door to the balcony all night, but we think they were anxious.

We found this on a long weekend coming home from somewhere else. The only room left we could find anywhere. We dont usually stay in pubs. From the start we were treated as special guests. Rooms are fairly small as most pub rooms are no TV or radio. Showed around and greeted by the owner(Dennis i think sorry if wrong im bad with names) I dont think we could have stayed for more than a night but for us overnight a feed in the dining room ( Rory i think was very friendly and couldnt do enough for the clientel.) and a comfortable bed was ideal. I wouldnt hesitate to stay here again on the way through. Give it a go i dont think you will be disappointed. We stayed up for a while and sat in front of the fire with a cocktail and felt very posh.

I searched last minute online. The cheapest room was a deletite hotel. All I needed was a bed and a shower. I will most definitely be back again. The room was small but hey! All I needed was a bed! I've stayed in rooms above a pub that where that bad they supplied ear plugs to sleep! My room was that quiet I had to turn the fan on for comfort noise! 100% happy!

They have a balcony you can eat, smoke, and drink on at your own leisure! It's bloody brilliant! But whilst I was enjoying the sunset. From a seat with a view fit for a king. Unfortunately my beers weren't fit for drinking. A brisk walk down the small flight of stairs I arrived at the bottle shop. Where I quickly corrected this discrepancy. All in all great stay!

The Delatite Hotel is a charming place that was built in the 1880s after the Gold Rush ensuring towering architecture in a prominent town location with spacious rooms, high ceilings and wonderful wide verandahs overlooking the passing parade of country folk and tourists. It was never going to be a luxurious stay but was sparsely comfortable, very clean and everything you needed for the night was provided for you. I was well aware the toilet and showers were communal and that was in line with the price.

The large sash windows open to the verandah. Some insect screens might have improved the experience.

Excellent service from the moment you arrive Everything is clean, shared bathroom regularly cleaned. Staff all very friendly. Good heating during the winter. Double rooms with single bed are comfortable.

Only thing I didn’t like that in one of the rooms that has own bathroom/toilet the kettle is placed on the bathroom bench. I don’t think that’s very hygienic. The kettle should be kept outside in the bedroom not where the toilet is located.

We had a queen room and it was quite small but very comfy. Bathroom facilities were lovely and clean The balcony was a nice surprise to relax with a wine before our event.

At the end of a tiring day, couldn't have asked for a better stay , ambiance and the personal touch by Mr Dean ,hope I have got he name right. The dining area was such a bright spot of our itinerary as was the pub section. Amply arranged to cater to needs of adults as it was to my kids delight , we had a nice game of pool in an adequately heated pub section. And for the future travellers , pls try figuring out where room no 13 is located in the hotel !

It was a really cute room, super clean and we had more space than we were expecting. The bed was really comfy and we felt very safe. A stand out was the parking that was locked after a certain time which meant our car was secure. The staff were wonderful and we got dinner at the pub downstairs which was delish
