Location great. Views awesome. privacy great. nice & quiet!

Not what I didn't like. More about what could have made it even better! (I'm a small business owner so notice details & processes) - I think the pre check-in automations need a review/ shorten/ update: the rules seemed a bit onerous/ repetitive and hard to keep track of - (I went into info overload). feedback request message came the day before I checked out. - A sensor light next to key lockers would help. - I ran out of hot water/gas on the second night whilst filling the spa. Lucky I had a hot one the night before -maybe this is why:)

We had a wonderful stay at your property. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The location was convenient, and the atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing, which made our holiday very enjoyable. Your hospitality and quick responses made the experience even better. Everything was perfect No any problems

Ad advertised. The 3BR cottage we stayed in (and inclusions) is clean. It is a very good base to various tourist spots. Liked the summit walk, summit has a pretty view of the inlet. We saw kangaroos parading on the ground, popped by the livestocks pen (alpaca, sheep etc.). Missed the wombats, maybe next time. Earl has been great, very easy to contact and attentive.

None. A few might comment about some sections of the cottage being old but for us it adds to its charm. It is clean most importantly and upgraded where required.

Newly renovated. Everything you need for a comfortable stay. Quality linen and comfy bed. Beautiful views. Quiet and serene. Coonara fireplace and wood & fire starters provided - great touch! Loved chatting to the llamas and goats, and feeding a visiting rosella on the deck. Great communication w owner, contactless check in was a breeze.

It was all perfect! The only misgiving was that there was no hairdryer, but that was really neither here nor there.

The Black Sparrow exceeded our expectations. We stayed at the chalet Ruby, and the view from the veranda was stunning. The chalet is beautifully designed and spacious, and the jacuzzi and coonara are great comforts that make the place really cozy. There are beautiful places to hike nearby, even at The Black Sparrow itself. The staff was very kind and accomodating.

Such an incredibly comfortable and beautiful stay. The scenery was breathtaking. Our family had the best stay and will be back! Special mention to George and his partner who are the property managers. So friendly, communicative and available to us. Our family hit a deer 10 mins down the road and they came to the rescue without hesitation! You won’t regret your stay here!

Chalet excellent spacious well equipped. Very large bathroom spa bath. Instant hot water. Magnificent views from big deck. Top range BBQ spotless. Staff extremely welcoming and couldn't do enough for you.Absolutely top quality people.

Amazing location for a relaxing time with family and friends, it has beautiful views of Lake Eildon and a lot of open spaces for a peaceful walk or fun and games with children.

The rooms look quite dated and need some TLC to be comfortable, but considering the recent rains the approach road and its washed out condition is still acceptable.

Stayed for 3 night with the cat and dog. Chalets very clean. Absolutely mesmerising views. Only got thru 2 chapters of my book. Beautiful walks around the property. Lovely caretakers. Goats. Chooks. Birds. Kangaroos. Breathtaking scenery. Enjoyed it and already rebooked for 6 weeks time. Highly recommended.
