The rooms were new, updated and looked lovely. It had a big bathtub as well as a shower. The room was warm (we went in winter) and we had a view of the mountains! The staff was lovely and friendly. The reception area is a lovely space too.

The hot water system was a bit tricky to figure out which made it a bit cold but we eventually got it. It's important to follow the instructions provided. There was a bit of confusion around late check out ... We weren't told there would be a extra fee, but thankfully we found out early enough so we could check out at the normal check out time therefore weren't charged. But the staff were nice. I noticed the bath tap and some light switch could use a wipe, other than that it was well cleaned. Despite saying all this, I would stay there again gladly.

We absolutely loved our stay at Tower Motel. It is so conveniently located, right in the middle of town and within walking distance to great restaurants, supermarkets, snow hire shops, and also the park/playground. The room we stayed in was extremely clean and had everything we needed for a 2 night stay. The beds and pillows were also very comfortable, and the showers were great! The lady running the place Leanne (?) was very friendly and accommodating, especially to our 2 young kids. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for accommodation in Marysville.

It was love at first sight with this motel. The moment I saw the bathtub in the photo, I didn’t even check the price 😅 – and honestly, it’s worth every single dollar. The location is absolutely perfect, right in the heart of Marysville, just a short walk to all the little shops, restaurants, and cafes, and so close to all the beautiful nature trails. The owner is the best guide and advisor you could ask for, not to mention incredibly kind and lovely to talk to. The room itself was spotless, beautifully furnished, and equipped with everything you might need for a comfortable stay. Waking up to the picturesque view from the bed was simply magical.

If you’re with your partner, just know that the toilet is kind of like a cabin – not really acoustically separated by a proper wall. So, if you’re not that comfortable with each other… But don’t worry, there’s another bathroom downstairs.

Perfect location in town, easy to then get your rental equipment in the morning and head up to the snow or visit local sights. Room just as expected for a motel, comfy beds, fridge, drink making etc. Enough space and a clean modern bathroom (though steam from shower took a while to clear even with extractor fan running) Super friendly and helpful staff wth great communication before arrival with local dinning options, sights and activities. Good value.

The room was everything we expected and the location was great, right in the centre of town, near cafes and restaurants. Leanne went out of her way to make sure we had a room downstairs as I struggle to do stairs.

It was all good. Although the room didn’t have a kitchen there is a communal one. I wish I had known that as I might have brought food to make for breakfast. However, the local cafe was a few minutes walk away and had a great selection for breakfast.

Tower Motel was beyond our expectations as a motel. It was located amongst many cafes, pubs, parks, shops, gallery and playgrounds. It has a gift shop downstairs where you collect your room key. The staff there were very friendly and helpful. There is an open roof top with tables and chairs and lounges where you can enjoy the sunshine. We stayed in a family room, which was downstairs. It had comfy beds and a roll out bed which was comfortable enough for our teenager. There was a bar fridge, crockery and cutlery and kettle to make tea/coffee. The bathroom was very modern and we enjoyed our showers. Unlike what I read and photos that I saw, this bathroom had four walls and a door to provide privacy. On the whole, I will stay there again and highly recommend it for its cleanliness and rate.

It could have been better if there was more space for our luggages but I understand we took up the available space to have the roll out bed. Otherwise it was perfect!

Tower Motel at Marysville has a very Romantic setting. From the outside, you can see the mountains and the mist in the mornings. Inside, you can experience an exceptional SPA/Bath/Shower, and that amazing feeling any couple should have. Everything close by is a walking distance, and there is a nice terrace where you can just relax at, The heaters were also turned on for us, which was a nice touch. The staff were very friendly. All in all, a great place to stay at in Marysville for couples.

The place could have a microwave, which would be awesome.

The Motel is in a good location, with shops and restaurants within walking distance as well as a park. The room was of a good size with a large bath. There were views across the countryside from the balcony outside the upstairs room. The bed was comfortable. Tea and coffee facilities were okay. There was information available about what to go and see, the host told us verbally also.

Parking is okay so long as no-one else has a long vehicle. The mini bar prices seemed expensive to us. Reception was not open when it was supposed to be the next morning.

The motel was located in a quiet part of town opposite the huge Peppers Event Centre. The motel also has a small coffee shop and shop. The owner is extremely friendly and helpful and went out of her way to ensure that we were comfortable even arriving after hours to help with the air conditioner which had a sluggish start. Once going it worked just fine. The room was small but well equipped. Very clean as was the bathroom and shower. Furnishings were good and well chosen. The window had two screens one for privacy and the other for light. Well done. Parking outside as well as turning circle good. Upstairs rooms might have been better or larger but we choose to stay on the ground floor.

Staff are very friendly and always with smiles. On top of coffee cups, there are plates, knives and spoons available for eating fruit or snack. There is a roof top open area can be used for drinking coffee and relax under the sun. Location is excellent. Restaurants are just next to and opposite the Motel. Supermarket and park/playground are just within 5 minutes walking distance.
