Great location close to Melbourne for outdoor experience. Great location to the shops and restaurants as well as Lake Mtn. Modern hotel with great selection of facilities like sauna, gym, restaurant etc. Staff were very helpful & friendly.

Minor points to consider .. The TV requires you to use their movie service rather let us join our streamlining services , like Netflix etc. We could watch it on our ipads but not ideal. The outdoor pool was open but only 22C. Water temp is too cold for swimming at this time year. I don't mind swimming outside in cold temps so long as the water is warm enough. Only the ducks were swimming in it. Due to staff shortages, the room was only serviced once in 3 days. Didn't both us but others may expect more service for the room charge.

Room was clean , comfy and easy access to near by places.

We reached at 1.37 pm with family and the front desk lady said room not ready and you need to leave. Suddenly another staff said its already ready. Without asking cleaning staff ths lady firmly said room not avl and asked to leave , which seemed rude or mere negligence or casual approach. We came long way and to precisely manage 2 pm check in time is near to impossible, it shd be a courtesy to atleast ask to sit and check with staff could have been better approach rather than simply saying leave its not yet 2 pm.

Restaurant was delicious for dinner and breakfast, staff were very friendly, room was pretty comfy. Great location and view, relaxing getaway. Loved the sauna and fire place in the lobby. Ample car park and all other guests were quiet and polite.

Could have done with some small bowls and additional cutlery in our room as we only had 2 glasses, 2 cups and 2 teaspoons. There were some stains inside our bath tub and some hair on the floor behind the bathroom door. Not a huge deal though! We were given also given a portable crib but no linen for it.

We enjoyed the central location in town. The buildings, rooms and facilities looked great. The gardens against the treed backdrop were lovely. The beds were super comfortable (except we're not fans of the triple sheeting method for bedding - it invariably comes apart leaving the user in contact with the quilt or mattress protector - gross!)

There was a nice enough pool, but it was too small and cramped for the number of guests, with very little poolside seating. It promoted selfish behaviour from some patrons, so the whole pool scene felt bad. The gym was unusable because it was on full display to the pool area, meaning any gym goer would be awkwardly watched by pool users. .

Staff- excellent. Price- reasonable. Beds- main bed was awesome, however sofa bed was uncomfortable for my kids… we asked for extra blankets to pad it and that was fine. I would recommend staff have a procedure to keep room cool ahead of people arriving on hot days- draw the main blind from sun and have aircon set.. it was 30-odd degrees in our room on arrival and took a couple of hours to get better. The structure of the facility means lots of walking to-and fro from most rooms to exit the facility to go anywhere, including car park. The location and the staff made it a great stay. We enjoyed our weekend and would stay at Peppers again

I really enjoyed my stay at Peppers Marysville. The location is very convenient, especially being so close to Lake Mountain which made our trip much easier. The accommodation is comfortable and well set up for families, providing both relaxation and easy access to activities. It’s a great choice if you’re looking for a place to stay near the snow but still want modern facilities and comfort.

Overall, a nice stay, but the sheets were bumpy and not very comfortable. Hope this can be improved for future guests.

Had an absolutely wonderful stay at peppers Marysville. Rooms are modern & clean. Beds are comfy. Staff were super friendly at check in. Ordered takeaway pizza from the restaurant andiamo which were ready within 15-20 mins & delicious. Had the buffet breakfast which was great, had a great spread of hot & cold food. They also had a fun treasure trail around the town which the kids loved doing. Such a beautiful town. Would definitely stay here again.

The pool is outdoor. I'm sure it's great in summer!

It was big with good facilities, we had two rooms that can be connected together which was ideal for a family trip with grandparents and a kid.

Staffs attitude we felt was so so, not sure if they were genuinely welcoming. We also had an issue with a pre booked reservation at the hotels restaurant. We called to make the booking but upon arrival for dinner it was apparent the staff did not record the booking to the system. The restaurant manager was rude when we wanted to ask them a question - he didn’t even listen and shoved us away. The waitress was better and resolved our missed order.

Staff were superb from the get-go, which made the whole stay that much more enjoyable. From asking for a late checkout a few weeks beforehand, to accommodating a late arrival, and finding my pregnant fiance some chocolate after hours! Nothing in the fridge except a milk carton - not sure if this a restriction in place due to COVID as many hotels seem to stop stocking room fridges?

The location was ideal right in the centre of town. The room was comfortable and very clean.

We were forewarned the room would not be serviced, which was disappointing, so we brought our own cleaning products. However, there was no plug. No cutlery was provided at all, nor a saucer for the coffee cups. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and the hotel is in a lovely setting, but found the lack of provisions baffling, given no room service was provided.
