The building is very lush, with excellent facilities, and great furnishings. Parking was easy and there was plenty of room in our room.

There were fingerprints on the mirror behind the door. The resort was packed with families and lots of noisy children. Children should not be allowed in the fine dining - that's what the bistro is for! The service in the fine dining was very local. At one point, the waiter made an inappropriate comment to my husband when he ordered a second glass of wine. Breakfast was chaotic with many tables left uncleared. Not a very relaxing experience. In hindsight we should have ordered room service. Also, the day spa was not open on Saturday, despite being advertised that it would be.

The setting is lovely with beautiful views of kangaroos on the golf course from the room. The room was very clean and beautifully set up. The black out curtains and comfortable bed worked so well that we slept in one morning and missed breakfast!! Hahaha!! Our stay was really lovely. Thank you.

This has been the only hotel that we have stayed at in years with a 10am check out instead of 11am. But that is only a small negative and it’s definitely not a deal breaker. Also, when I was having a bath the water was leaking from the plug hole and making a hell of a racket as it drained and echoed in the drain in the centre of the bathroom. Not exactly the most relaxing bath but again it wasn’t the end of the world.

1) Netflix in rooms should be complimentary. 2) Bottled spring water should be complimentary. 3) Breakfast first morning was tepid at best. 4) Balcony shutters didn’t work in 2303 or 2305. 5) No RACV benefits for members that booked through 3rd party.

The rooms were a wonderfully generous size and clean. Check-in staff were friendly as were the staff at dinner. A special mention to Charlotte who was proactive, engaging and super friendly. The buffet breakfast was fantastic but the staff on that particular shift seemed a bit overworked and rushed. We enjoyed using the sauna and spa facilities. We also went on a couple of walks although the walking trails were a little unkempt but we still enjoyed the experience.

I loved the location, so peaceful and with lots to do for kids...swimming pool was nice as well as the jumping pillow and amazing wildlife spotted during our walk..Amazing breakfast with lots of choices even for our son's food allergies ..the restaurant downstairs was very good too. Friendly staff and clean location. Appreciate the chocolate gift and welcome message from housekeeping.

We couldn't enjoy the outdoor space as it was a bit dirty and the room was very cold when we arrived otherwise all perfect.

There was a strong musty odour in the bedroom. When we reported the issue at the reception, the staff offered us an hour late check-out free of charge, which was appreciated

Breakfast was good with adequate choices and lovely dining area..Location is serene with country surrounds.Staff were helpful.Close enough to Healsville town to walk and bus service nearby.

If you are arriving by train/bus method the resort driveway from the bus stop is VERY steep if you are dragging luggage.

One of the nicest locations we've ever stayed at! Rooms were clean, comfortable and quiet but the venue was the real star. Loved walking around the grounds spotting kangaroos and birds, with such beautiful views. Also great gym and pool facilities. Breakfast was excellent. Riddells Green was great for a sunset drink. Great location, 3 minutes from the main street. Can't wait to return!

My wife and I celebrated our anniversary here and couldn't have had a better time. We received a complimentary upgrade and a bottle of bubbles which was above and beyond our expectations. The facilities were fantastic. Great gym, great pool, sauna with everything being kept clean and tidy. The room was lovely with a fantastic bed and a great view of the hills. The location to Healesville is perfect and the property itself has plenty of nice places to walk around. We will definitely be back.

great great breakfast, save the time for the morning while we normally spend 1 hour at the venue, because lots of options for the breakfast. good location for a relaxing vacation.
