Our accommodation was fabulous. I booked 3 units. The rooms were very comfortable, a spa bath to relax in, lovely bed linen in each bedroom, comfy lounge area overlooking great views of the Estate.Each kitchen had all the cooking appliances required for cooking. Our fridge had fresh eggs, bacon, tomato’s, fresh bread, milk and condiments for toast. Tea coffee etc. even a complimentary bottle of wine to toast our stay. The restaurant food was exceptional. Compliments to the Estates chef! The service was fabulous which made our occasion (60th Birthday) an extremely memorable time to remember. Nicci the Manager was extremely attentive, making sure our stay was one to remember. Definitely a wonderful place to stay.

Great location & the villa was the perfect size for our family of 5. It was very nice to open the fridge and see milk, bacon & and eggs. We appreciated the little touches upon our arrival. The bedrooms/bathrooms are a great size. Bathrooms were squeaky clean!

The villa from the outside looks run down. A nice karcher of the outside and tidy of the gardens & surroundings would go a long way! We weren't able to use the ceiling fans as the layer of dust on them was unbelievable, and it also wouldn't hurt to pull out the bigger furniture and clean behind, for the price paid I would of expected these small things to be done. Apart from the mentioned above, we would stay again if we needed to be in the Yarra Valley.

The 3 bedroom cottage was huge and very nicely maintained inside with lovely olde world charm. Amenities were all great, especially the breakfast supplies.

Communication disappointing with no response to phone calls or 2 messages via Booking.com or direct email asking about check in process or early check in. Message to mobile was responded to however. Some outside maintenance required particularly the thorny shrubs growing into the verandah which is a especially concerning with kids in the group. Also, larger of the living areas had limited natural lighting and only 1 bulb (of 3) in each of the light fittings so was very dark so we chose to stay in the smaller area near main kitchen.

No butter supplied with breakfast.Not well sign posted trees hide the sign outside took us 20 minutes to find the property (Directions to your unit not well sign posted ) ,no reception. Many light bulbs not working ,cooking in the dark ,stove hood light not working .Couch’s need replacing seats sagging and low hard to get out of . Disappointed that we did not receive a bottle of wine ( like others ) was looking forward to it .

The villa was clean, the breakfast was generous, the views a bonus and comfortable. The gas fireplace made it special- cosy, romantic and relaxing. The restaurant on the property provided quality food and service (waitress on the night suprised us with her delivery of all the customer needs. Great-value!

One small issue- sliding door to ensuite was difficult to open (need to lift the door)- no major problem.

The villa was decorated to a high standard, it was very comfy and had everything we needed. The view was great and it was a peaceful place for our retreat

A couple of things like the plug in the spa bath were broken and quite a few lights needed replacing. We let the owner know when we left and they were apologetic and were sending the maintenance team around to fix it.

Great location and layout super close base to loads of things, good supermarket 1km away so made great use of kitchen facilities. Good layout for elderly as well. Great heating. Great views across the vineyard. Provided back on and egg breakfast and some cereals for the first morning of our trip which was super handy.

Lots and lots of things! The space was excellent, the beds were very comfortable, the space was very clean, the breakfast provided was fabulous, the car parking was great, and dinner at the restaurant was lovely.

We would have liked the keys to the windows to be able to open them, it would have been nice if the bird poo on the outdoor fencing was cleaned off and the kitchen chairs could do with replacing.

Lovely villas with a nice view over the little dam. Comfortable and well appointed, spa bath actually functioned which was a pleasant surprise. Well supplied with plenty of breakfast foods. Staff were pleasant and helpful, especially when we needed to organise another night to stay.

Although asked to wash dishes in the dishwasher were not provided with a dishwasher tablet, also lacked tea towels. However given the time of year I can easily imagine this as being a mistake rather than a big issue.

The apartment was amazing, the king bed was so comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking items. The breakfast provisions were sensational, not to mention the pack of Tim Tams and chips to add to our stay.

The wine tasting experience was unfortunately not fantastic. I think the person who usually does the tastings may have been sick and the person doing the tastings didn't know anything about the wines.
