I enjoyed staying here even though it was on a main road it wasn't that noticeable. I was upgraded to a spa bath, which I didn't think too much about as in, when I saw it I realized I would have to climb in and out of it to have a shower. I am 70, so these things can be an issue. Well, I did manage to climb in and had a great shower, no spa bath for me, and even better managed to climb out without having to call emergency services. Even outside was nice and tidy. Yes, I'd stay again.

Canteen or the sharing area not open. Not sure if it's because of the winter season. However, at least 70% rooms booked in the weekend. If any coffee or self-service food/beverage could be provided, that would be icing on the cake.

Fantastic Family Stay! We had an awesome time at the Yarra Valley Motel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and perfect for our family stay. The location was excellent—close to all the amenities and key attractions in the area, making it super convenient for exploring. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a budget-friendly, family-friendly accommodation in Yarra Valley!

The hot water setting needs to be corrected. The water is either too hot or too cold. Not a deal breaker though.

The spa was fairly clean and the bed was well made. The TV was big enough to watch anything on it (movies and TV Shows). The heater/air conditioner was very good at keeping the room at a great temperature. And most of all, it was very spacious and had enough room to move around in.

The pillows were hard. Me and my partner couldn't sleep that well because of the pillows. It was like I was sleeping on a rock. Not comfortable pillows at all.

We were in Melbourne for a family wedding .. with the venue only 5minutes away ,the motel was a very convenient and comfortable base for us .. the room was clean , the bed and pillows were comfortable, shower was excellent .. the proximity to shops, cafes and restaurants was a bonus .. dispute being on the Highway , it was very quiet overnight.. we enjoyed our stay in Lilydale

If you are heading to the Yarra Valley for a wedding like we were, this was the perfect accomodation only 15 minutes from the venue. Close enough to be handy, but far enough away to be inexpensive. Lovely comfortable beds, modern bathroom, very safe and clean. It was a really hot day 38 degrees, and the air con was fabulous too.

The male on checkin was rude, and very abrupt. I wouldn't have him working for me if I owned a motel.

Quiet, comfortable, everything a family could need. Queen bed and 3 singles, dishwasher, full stove, microwave and fridge. Full complement of crockery, cutlery and kitchen utensils. 2 TV's. Great bathroom, excellent shower. Our room(17) had an outdoor , fenced area, which was brilliant. Comfortable beds, snug heating. Easy parking, central location.

Only thing missing was a teatowel and dishcloth.

We didn't have breakfast provided by the motel. the fittings in our room were very new nice and pleasant. My wife particularly liked the makeup mirror in the ensuite. Beautiful lighting. Location was great for us as the member of family whom we were visiting lives in the rear street. Our daughter and her husband and our grand daughter with 2 little ones were extemely pleased with the family accommodation that they were offered

It would be nice to have akey to the back gate or a combination to key in. We understand the need for security in keeping it locked, but a new combination every few days would mean access would be limited to those "in house".

We stayed at Yarra Valley Motel for a night after exploring the Yarra Valley area and hence arrived in the evening. The check-in was pretty fuss-free but as the reception was closed, we had to give make a call to the person in charge to receive instructions to retrieve the room keycard from the lockbox. The room itself was very clean and I have nothing to complain about to be honest! It even came with a microwave and portable heater.

As we were a group of 3, the space is a little tight to open up all of our luggages.
