The room was spacious and was fully equipped with amentites i.e Kettle, fridge etc. The bed was huge and comfortable and the room had plenty of storage. The bathroom was well supplied with toiletries.

The bathroom, in particular was showing its age. The hand basin was cracked as were floor tiles. The shower looked to be in need of a thorough scrub as there was an accumulation of dirt/mould at the bottom of the door. The corner between the bottom of the shower base and the floor also looked in need of a good scrub to remove dirt/mould. The glass at the bottom of the shower door had an accumulation of scum. The bottom of The cabinet under the sink was chipped along the bottom edge. The light, over the bathroom mirror did not work.

Off street parking, bed was comfortable, Rooms inside were nice

Was not told the dining room was not open at all, breakfast, lunch or dinner. Had to drive everywhere. Not near anything. Looked like they were letting property go on the outside and foyer area to sell or close. Dead plants at the front door, unpainted areas, not looked after. Of our 4 hotels in 5 days, it’s the Only place that required deposit, ( not told at the time of booking) apparently taking 6 weeks to refund deposit. Staff uninterested.

The Beau Monde International is a fantastic Motel to stay in if you are on a business trip or holiday . The spa bath was amazing. Absolutely stunning. And not a small spa bath but huge. The room was very clean and the bed very comfortable. The staff were also absolutely wonderful and very good with communication 😄😄😄

It didn’t have a microwave in room

Great, comfortable & very nice room. Extremely comfy bed. Heater was a bit noisy but not necessary at night. The carpets in the entrance hall & of staircase definitely needed to be vacuum cleaned. Lucky the room was clean. I was prepared though with my own pillows, coffees & mug, soaps etc, hair dryer & towels which I gladly used. But all by all not bad and will stay again as the bed & TV were good and the bathroom too. Very spacious!

Fairly noisy heater. Dirty carpets on staircase & hallways.

I had to check in after midnight and it was no problem. Reception was attended and check in was swift. The room was large with bed and lounge, television and a long bench, coffee and fridge etc. Nice large bathroom with clean towels etc.

The card/key system is not very secure. It needs improvement.

Location

Filthy as hell mattress protector full f period blood and sheets looked unwashed from last guest. So we slept on the floor with mattress turned over and towels as a bed sheet. We couldn’t be bothered trying to teach someone to be hygienic it’s obvious understaffing issue or something

We stayed here for 5 nights so that we could spend time with family who live in Melbourne. The room and bathroom were nice and roomy and the bed was comfortable to sleep in. Due to Covid the rooms were not serviced daily but if we needed anything (eg: clean towels) we only had to ask for them and when our bin needed to be emptied we just left it outside our room. The hotel is within walking distance to shops (including Woolworths) and a 5 minute drive to a larger shopping centre.

Room was well kept, supplies were plenty during my stay. The accommodation was lovely and clean.

On my first encounter with the receptionist, he wasn’t very pleasant and I felt as though he was condescending towards me during my stay. Customer Service demeanour was quite poor.

The TV should be replaced. It took about ten minutes for the sound to come on. The left hand basin leaked sometimes on the bench top, and there was a crack in the toilet seat. It was all ok, just reporting these things.

Easy check in, spa, large room and bed with couch for TV viewing.

Microwave oven in rooms would be great. Not completely clean, small number of long hairs in spa and on toilet, spa not cleaned thoroughly.
