The beds were very comfortable and the room was spacious enough for three of us. We appreciated the welcome gifts of drinks and snacks. We had business in Doncaster East so the location was perfect with Westfield and the local bus service so assessable. The office and restaurant staff were helpful and friendly.

The fact that the Pokies entrance and exit was so close to our room and the carpark directly outside our door. We had people coming and going at all times up to and around 4 am when the pokies closed. Some patrons departed quietly enough but others were noisy, laughing, yelling etc. The worst noise was the hotted up cars with exhausts which sounded like gun shots and lasted for the time taken to drive through the carpark to the exit. This unfortunately was the case on both of the nights that we stayed.

The staff were so friendly and kind. The bistro meal was delicious and great value for money. I appreciated the touches in the room of biscuits, lollies and a welcome card. The bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean. I could park close to my room, all of which I appreciated after a very long and exhausting day. A certain hotel (beginning with M) across the road could take a lot of lessons on service from you all. I look forward to coming and staying longer for a break away.

Ease of access, plenty of parking, very comfortable bed, so easy to sleep well - as long as there isn’t an altercation in the carpark - the windows aren’t double-glazed!

Pity about the use and placement of linen on the king sized bed - the bottom sheet barely made the lower edge of the mattress, let alone made a tuck-in! The meals in the pub are very tasty, but I suspect the menu doesn’t change much across quite extended periods! And the cleaners still need to pay far more attention to the corners around the shower, and the mouldy grout!

A comfortable stay, location was great to access the mall for food and a play for my 3 Yr old. Westfield mall had everything we needed, it was fantastic with amazing shops, food, cinema and play. Easy access to the hotel resturant and a kids play room, added bonus we got a few free drinks voucher on arrival. We watched a soccer match on a big screen in the resturant, which as great. Staff were very helpful.

A bit loud at niight as the room was close to the main building resturant and bar. Some nights people were leaving the bar at 3 am so a few early wake ups for us. A bath would have been nice for my 3 Yr old, we only had a shower.

The room was quiet and comfortable. The bed was spacious and comfortable. The complimentary drink and breakfast are a really nice touch. The receptionist was especially nice and welcoming.

The couch had not been pulled out and cleaned behind for some time. The shower silastic in the grout joints needs replacing.

Understaffed in the evening. Sign at reception said go to bar staff. 1 staff member and a line of bar customers. Then she had to leave her post to find out person (who was exceptional) but the wait and rigmarole at 6pm was a hassle

Having the queen bed and a single bed is great for our family. Lots of places just have one big bed and the child is expected to sleep with the parents. The single bed was on wheels so we could push it next to our bed for our daughter to feel close to us. The staff are always very friendly and accommodating. We have stayed here a few times. The dining venue is surprisingly great. The view is amazing and a lovely outdoor area with a TV for watching the footy etc. Walk across the road and you are at Doncaster Westfield for some shopping without worrying about parking.

The staff was exceptionally friendly and supportive. It was exceptionally clean and tidy. The front desk people and the housekeeping were excellent. It felt like home. I'll recommend it to anyone who wishes to stay at a good, convenient place at the centre of important places.

The staff were brilliant and so friendly and accommodating! The room was excellent. The beds were so comfortable. The shower was a dream! The location is great. Westfield's is directly across the road if you need anything. There was nothing at all we could fault with the accommodation. We would definitely recommend it to anyone and will be back again in the near future.
