We absolutely loved our stay at Victoria House Motor Inn! The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. Our spacious room was immaculately clean, neat, and tidy, and we adored the charming old Victorian feel of the manor—it added so much character to our experience. Breakfast was simply beautiful, a perfect start to our day. The hosts were incredibly lovely and kind, going above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We highly recommend Victoria House Motor Inn and will definitely be returning for another stay. An all-around fantastic experience!

There is nothing we didn’t like.

This place is a gem. Extra spacious and charming room with real character, antique style furnishings, so different from the normal bland motel room. Comfortable bed, and surprisingly quiet with minimal traffic noise. Owners were friendly and helpful. Easy off-street parking.

The bathroom facilities are in theme with the character of the room and building, rather than the most modern. Everything is perfectly functional and more than adequate, but if you can't cope with adjusting two taps in the shower rather than a mixer, maybe this is not the place for you.

The internal decor was very fitting for the era of the building. The cleanliness and room size was great, Location was exactly what we were after. The security to get into our room was very much appreciated. Very easy to find and off street parking was greatly appreciated.

I cannot think of anything that we didnt like. Maybe the bathroom mirror can be lower for short people like me and the lighting over the mirror next to the bed could be better for those that want to put makeup on, like we needed to as we were going to a wedding.

Everything!!! Renee the owner was a sheer delight, and nothing was too much for her to do, she went above and beyond. She offered us another room when she saw my 82-year-old mum and gave us a room on the ground floor so she didn't have to walk upstairs. The bed was comfy as, we had tea and coffee facilities, toaster, fridge, split level room and a double balcony to sit and enjoy. Breakfast was amazing and SOOOOO much of it. We will most definitely stay there again, and I'll be recommending this quaint little motel to my friends.

Out of all our stays in Victoria, Australia, we loved this place the most. Run by Renee and Rob, Victoria House is a hidden gem. Renee at the reception was very friendly and suggested several places of interest. Rob personally delivered our breakfast tray with a big smile, showcasing their warmth and hospitality. The Victorian-style decor made us feel at home, and we were very happy with the lovely crafted ambiance.

Very comfortable with plenty of rugs and a comfortable sofa. It was reproduction Victorian, like an old inn. The owners were very helpful and friendly. The husband carried our big suitcases upstairs since there is no lift. It was on the highway but noise wasn’t a problem. Well equipped kitchen. Only a stovetop, not an oven but that was not an issue. There were electric appliances.

No real negatives. The only thing was my single bed did not have a bedside table, so I moved one from near the sofa. It also did not have a reading lamp, and I was the one who would have liked to read in bed. The queen bed did have them. I pack a portable one when travelling overseas but had forgotten it on this trip.

My partner and I got the executive bath suite and although it looked slightly outdated online it was such a lovely stay. The bath fit two adults comfortably and had some nice jets. The staff are so amazing and make you feel at home away from home. They even went out of their way to give my partner flowers for her birthday.

The rooms were beautiful. I just was a bit nitpicky and didn't like that the overhead lights above the bed were really dusty and cobwebby.

Very Family oriented and staff were always willing to help with a smile with whatever you needed. They ensured you were comfortable and the facilitates were kept clean and tidy but not sterile. Place was homely and we found it very comfortable to rest. Loved the smiling friendly faces.

It would be better to have a detailed list of the extra charges we had made. Mostly in breakfast extras that we requested. We knew when we requested them only on checkout not clear what the final amount was made up of.

We did not have the breakfast, so can't comment on that. The location is excellent for getting to Eastland and the Yarra Valley. The room was very spacious, the bed comfortable, all in all more than we expected from a motel.

While it was very nice to have two armchairs, it would have been much more comfortable if they had arms! Seems a small thing, but important to us.

I was honestly so surprised how beautiful those Motor Inn was for the low price we paid - not going to lie we were fully expecting low quality motel vibes because we just needed a place to stay and it was the cheapest in the area - but to our suprise it was SO NICE. The old Victorian vibes were beautiful, the place felt very fresh and well maintained while still keeping it's antique look. Beds were super comfy and for a place to sleep it was nice. Obviously no fancy tv and no real kitchenette but everything is there as described. Would definitely stay here again in the future and recommend to others! (P.s staff were exceptional and very flexible!)

Probably that there was no kitchen tap or kitchenette but this is what I would expect if I paid more - it wasn't listed in description so not actually disappointed by this at all.
