Very comfortable stay in a well appointed room. Staff were accommodating and welcoming. Good location in terms of proximity to a large shopping centre.

Our room was located quite a walk from reception, which was fine for me, but not so fine for my elderly mum. This is not so much of a fault of the hotel per se - I never asked for an easy access room - I just didn't anticipate how sprawling the facility actually is. Given how accommodating staff were, I'm sure if you asked, they would allocate a room closer to reception/the restaurant if required.

Staff were welcoming and went out of their way to ensure customer satisfaction. Special mention to Vivian, who demonstrated a high level of customer care. Bed is very comfortable .

Breakfast was a disappointment. Came down at 6.30 am only to see staff rushing around and unprepared. There were 15 others waiting. I checked if breakfast was at 6.30 am and was told yes, you can eat toast. 15 minutes later, the food arrived. No omelettes were available. Very basic scrambled egg, sausage, and hash brown. Very McDonald's. The reviews state great omelettes and a large range of choices. Obviously, things have been scaled back. Perhaps in the cooler months, there aren't so many travellers

Location was perfect for hospital visit. I am disabled and it is the first hotel in a while tha5 was totally wheelchair friendly. I could get all around the room and into the bathroom. The shower had a bench to sit on. It also had grab rails as did the toilet, which was higher than standard. Great for me. My only concern was the limited menu for room service as I wasn’t well enough to go down to the restaurant for dinner. Otherwise very happy with the hotel

Restraurant/bar staff very nice average reception. Occupied elevators, pool needs spa, gym great. Could switch up breakfast menu - 1st option breaky then 2nd option every 2nd day. Lovely deck, few outdoor tiles loose. Lovely setting at restaurant. Lovely meals. Loved the views of the kitchen central to upper floors. Disappointing no upgrade when room cooler wasn’t efficient. Overall lovely

Room wasn’t cool uncomfortable pillows unable to accommodate separate bedding curtains didn’t cover shower fully

Staff were friendly and informative...happy to answer questions and provide advice. Facilities in room were fine. Buffet brekky nice but not sure how the cost compares to other motels...

Internet and tv reception in the rooms is quite bad. The TV frequently lost connection and only got one bar of signal strength for internet in room, but it was a lot better in the restaurant/reception area. Possible blackspot in the accommodation wing?

Beautiful views, good location

We had an evacuation the one morning, my husband is paralysed in a wheelchair and we were fortunate enough to be able to evacuate before the lifts were shut down, but even if they were shut down, no one from reception or management enquired if my husband made it out or not. Coming from a country where hospitality workers work for tips, it shows, the staff were friendly but only did the bare minimum

Pool & the gym

It was the healthy receptionist girl who was impolite. She needs further training to interact with individuals of different social levels. Even after charging me twice as much for my room, this woman refused to apologise for her error. The space was too small; between the bed and the minibar, one person had to move aside to make place for another. It's a terrible hassle to drive out of the basement parking because you have to always ask to have the boom gate opened over the intercom.

We stayed here so we were close to our daughter’s dance competition. Yummy breakfast, great staff, comfortable rooms/beds awesome pool, cant complain. We will definitely be staying again. Actually we are staying again on Thursday this weeks for a couple of nights :)

The only thing i can say is on the second morning for breakfast they didn’t have any normal Yogurt, just greek Yogurt. My daughter was looking for something to put on her pancakes but there wasn’t a-lot of options. But this is only minor.

The location was really convenient as close enough to the city, without the big price tag. Being right next door to a major shopping centre was also very convenient. Beds were comfy, room was perfect for our needs. The parking was great too, lots of space, but I think if you're a guest of the hotel, and a member of the All Accor program, perhaps it could be reduced to $10 a night, or free.

The buffet breakfast was good, with a good selection of food available for the price. The staff were under the pump, so there were a lot of tables that were empty but still had plates from the previous person. The buffet area wasn't as clean as I have seen at other hotels, but again, I think it was because the staff that were there were so busy.

The room was modern and spacious

The room was well set up, especially for disabled customers. However we are fortunately able-bodied and found the bathroom lacking in practicalities. Eg. No shelving near hand basin, no towel hooks near shower, no shelf in shower for own toiletries etc. Bathroom floor became very wet due to use of shower curtain ( suitable for disabled customers) so getting from shower to the only available towel hook meant traversing a wet floor. Nowhere to put toilet bag, makeup case, clean clothes etc.
