Location was great close to shops but also quiet and private We booked 2 cabins which accommodated 10 of us Value for money yes 🙌 for families The pool was our favourite the kids swam every day Hosts were so kind and accommodating to us Everything we needed was provided Utensils were provided towels linen etc Thank you for providing tokens for our washing we appreciated it WIFi was the only let down it was lagging and we couldn’t use it but apart from that it was one of the best holiday parks we have ever been to TV in both living area and main bedroom it was awesome

Just the WIFI not working but the whole experience was awesome

The cabin size was really good for 6 adults. It was a beautiful location by the brook and very peaceful. The temporary caretakers were very hospitable, and even filled up the firewood box for the campfire, but sadly it rained and we didn’t get to sit around the firepit.

The shower is really small.

The bed and pillow were comfy and the cabin was very clean. The cabin exceeded my expectations and I would happily stay here again the next time I'm in Victoria.

Location -the walk trails were good. The cabin was adequate. Bed was comfortable.

Two of everything…2 spoons, 2 mugs, 2 clothes hangers. I realise the place is booked for two ppl, and things probably go missing, but it’s frustrating. The smell of the rubbish bins wafted into the cabin whenever someone lifted the lid. Hot water took a very long time to come through the pipes. The reception staff were hardly welcoming.

Good facilities and close to shops etc and our family we were visiting Good layout in unit Didn't need for anything

Facilities at the park are fantastic, the blow up trampoline, bbqs, communal kitchen area, heated pool, a dog park because its pet friendly which is awesome for fire pits to use, playground, all the units and park in general are well kept, extremely neat and presentable, laundry facilities large camping blocks, plenty of showers and toilets throughout but i stayed by myself for business and family visit and it was just so peaceful, close to so many wonderful places, good local food, all you need at your door which was convenient as I came on transport. Ubers, taxis, buses every 10mins or so, walking tracks, backed onto a creek, its quiete, peaceful and just very impressive i loved it

At night the park is extremely dark there are no lights at all around the park. It's pretty dangerous because the roads are in poor to fair condition so there are quite a few potholes and lifted ashphelt everywhere

Outstanding office staff, helping visitors over the weekend of 2 total fire ban days. Lovely of the gentlemen to chat all about the birds with the kids during the bird feeding sessions.

I stayed at Crystal Brook a couple years ago for a hockey tournament at Greensborough, and we came back for the same thing this year because we knew the park would be neat and tidy and good value for money, and fit a large group. Also the check in system for after hours is very easy. The kids loved the game room, especially the ping pong.

Easy check-in, generous sized cabin with ample fit out to cook each night. The kangaroo jumping pad is fun for kids and adults alike, and the array of birds each morning captivated our two ye old. positioned straight across from a cafe and beautiful nursery, and importantly with kiddoes, another park.

spotless grounds and cabin; these are folks who truly care about the cleanliness of their property. i also loved, despite how many people were overnighting in the park, how quiet it was during quiet hours. everyone was there enjoying themselves, but also equally respectful of others. communications were easy, and we were easily accommodated for our late arrival (note: just be certain to let them know you’ll be late as the office will close). shopping centre nearby for all your grocery/beverage needs. lastly, i loved the resident kookaburra!
