Brand new so everything lovely and new. Staff very friendly, secure underground parking. All furnishings were lovely and bed comfy. Apartment very warm.

For a new hotel the towels/mat were small and felt cheap. The hot water is barely hot enough given Melbourne winter (likely temp limited regulation) Design flaw in the bathrooms with the spout being too short so water doesn’t easily hit basin. It was hard to find at night as no signs were illuminated and it’s within a commercial complex

When we arrived the staff at the desk were super friendly and we were upgraded to a balcony room. It was absolutely beautiful and clean. The view of the city at night was amazing. The bed was very comfortable. The area we were in was very quiet and we were happy to be away from all the traffic noise. The basement parking was well worth the $20 as we knew our car was off the road and secure. Will most definitely be back.

Nothing, could not find anything to complain about.

This property is super handy to Monash Clayton campus (around a 15 minute walk if you cut through the back, and around 7 minutes by car). Little Collins is just up the road for great coffee, breakfast and lunch. The staff are fab, friendly and helpful. Parking is easy with plenty of undercover and street parking. The apartments are very well appointed either east or west facing, spacious, well configured with everything you need, comfy beds and quiet at night as it is a light commercial area. We had a great sleep.

If you don't have a car the location would not be quite as practical, although there are shops a 20-30 minute walk away, and lots of buses on the main road.

The room was spacious, very clean and the kitchenette had all the utilities to be able to cook a meal if you wanted .The bed was comfortable. The staff were friendly and professional. Food could be ordered from restaurants and have a delivery to your room. There was a bus stop close to the hotel for public transport.

Unfortunately the location wasn't good. To look out the rooms window I could just see an industrial site which was disappointing. No local shops or cafes.

Clean and modern apartments, quiet location. Good quality appliances and lots of extras provided (coffee, tea, milk detergent, washing liquid, dishwasher tabs..) which were also topped up during our stay. Washer and dryer bonus Comfortable bed and plenty of space for hanging clothes. Staff were very friendly.

Location a bit far from shops if one doesn't have a car.

The location is a tad industrial but it worked for what I needed. The room was clean and the space set up efficiently.

Isolated location, away from food shops and restaurants. They have tried to overcome this with links to local restaurants, but it did make going out a bit of a trial.

Great warm welcome, we stayed over a weekend, and they kindly upgraded us to a 2brm apartment. That made a huge difference to our stay. Fab staff, excellent coffee machine at reception. The apartment is well appointed with a nice view out to the Flinders ranges (?) Great cafe around 200 metres away, good coffee and counter food, open Mon-Fri. Well equipped minibar and fridge, with other items available from reception.

It's located in an industrial area, which means most guests are corporate. Which is great if you're staying the weekend - nice and quiet. HOWEVER - it's quiet and everything is remote, nearest shop is a good 15 minute walk away. There's a shortcut through to the Monash campus via a carpark, however it's a kilometre or more away, depending on which building you're visiting. You really need a car.

I loved the facilities of the room it was just like being at home and when you are travelling for an extended stay it just made being away from home and the stress of traveling so much easier.

I was very happy with the facilities and hotel so have no aspects I didn't like.

Clean, extremely comfortable beds, parking was offered to secure our rental car, great location - really spot on. Very appreciative of the staff, Ben, as well as he was very professional, helpful and always available to provide advice / recommendations.

The rooms were clean. The staff were helpful, cheerful and friendly.

The location was a little far from everything, but I'm not sure that's anything you could do about it.
