I liked how large the space was, although it was notably smaller than the space we had on a previous trip. Generally, it's a great spot - great location (although a quiet location, the property had quick access via uncongested streets to the motorway which hed to the city, countryside, airport etc.), close to Clayton, Glen Waverley, Springvale and local cities we spent time in. Friendly and Very acoommodating staff.. Great WiFi and good parking.

We didn't like the yard which the room opened up into as it was unkempt and honestly, quite scary. My wife was afraid of visiting spiders. To be fair, the property management did offer to change our room (when one became available), but we decided to stay after realising we weren't invaded by spiders as we initally felt.

The apartment is appropriately set up as a home away from home. The neighbourhood is fairly peaceful eventhough an industrial estate is just across a thoroughfare that can be relatively busy during certain times of the day. Monash University campus, M-City, the Springvale and Clayton neighbourhood malls are within 15 minutes by car where there are plenty of options for F&B outlets with delicious offerings and the ubiquitous presence of supermarket giants Woolworths and Coles.

There are not much neighbourhood amenities within walking distance around the proximity of the apartment.

I liked the comfortableness of the room. The balcony view was nice. The staff was exceptional.

I think what can be improved upon is the housekeeping service days. Instead of once a week for people who are staying less then 2 weeks, I feel like we should get more days of service. Or, better accommodation regarding utilities in the room. One toilet paper roll every 3 days isn’t enough for two people sometimes. I didn’t mind spending on these sort of things (including paper towels and napkins) but another person might want more.

We were in Clayton to get our daughter settled at Monash university. The apartment was at perfect location near Monash residence and all other amenities. The apartment was clean, well equipped with white goods n utensils; perfect for a family of 4. The free parking withong its complex was added benefit. Staff was friendly and supportive. There was free WiFi for each unit.

There should be an in-house small grocery store which can store basic supplies- milk, sugar, tea coffee, bread, cornflakes etc. There is no store nearby the apartment. And if you don't have a car and this can be very inconvenient till you can hire one. So coming right from the airport we found this an up hill task with children.

Great location in relation to freeway access, hospital visit, shopping centre, cafes, Bunnings, etc. Rooms were clean and tidy. Beds were soft and made for a good sleep! Car park was easily accessible, although the access is VERY steep, so drive in slowly! Also the car spaces are designated by randomly allocated yellow dots, so you need to hunt for them. Front counter staff were excellent. Friendly, welcoming and efficient.

Sadly, the sofa was like a very hard park bench and uncomfortable. The dining table should be replaced, as it was damaged and showing signs of neglect. The facilities didn’t quite match the accommodation. That is, two double beds = four people, but there was 3 cereal bowls. Lounge seating for only two, apart from steel dining table chairs or bringing in an outdoor setting from the balcony (which were also hard and uncomfortable).

Staff were very friendly and helpful, Apartment was quiet and we were given the 3rd (top) floor. Bed was comfortable although slightly low. Kitchenette had useful cooking facilities and was well stocked for our needs. Large shower was great and the office area was good for suitcases.

I booked this apartment for recovery post hospital for 3 days post op and needed a comfortable couch and living area- unfortunately for our needs this particular apartment had a 2 seater low backed but quite high couch that wasnt comfortable for us. apartment 306 building B. everything else was great.

The room was lovely and clean. It was serviced once during our stay and was lovely and clean when we arrived back after a busy day out. It was also lovely and quiet and had parking available.

Our only complaint was that the bedside lights did not operate. We were assured that housekeeping would take care of that but it never happened.

Peaceful, quiet, good kind, helpful staff, clean, near to bus stop, good neighbours, very nice place and environment, good furnishings, nice comfortable bed, hot water, beautiful kitchen with good pots and pans. Will stay again when in Clayton. Its home. Beautiful sunset view from the second floor. Only thing need to change curtains in the room as too cold at night.

Very peaceful & quiet location. Beautiful & comfortable place as it had a big balcony for us to chill & the views were good. It really felt like home as it had all that a home has - e.g. washing machine, microwave, etc. The room that i chose had 2 toilets which made things more convenient. Free parking which is the best deal.

Shops were not located near by. Have to travel further. Pillows were too soft.

The location was very quiet and accessible to most areas in Clayton and Melbourne city by Uber and DIDI. Staffs are very well mannered, polite and helpful in providing information regarding the amenities and the facilities available nearby.

Cleaning services could have been made better. Once one cleaning lady directly opened my apartment door without knocking or informing me . I was put in an awkward situation and I had to turn her back as I had some personal work to do. The property should have called me before entering the room using master key . This will put the guest in a more comfortable and safe situation. Also I noticed that similar properties nearby do not ask for 200AUD deposite. You can do a pre checkout inspection and charge for any damage caused.
