The staff is friendly & accommodating. Location right next to a mall and train station is a huge plus. I was also given a basement car parking spot which is right next to the lift lobby, which is great (and felt safe).

None of any door rooms & bathrooms can be locked (except the main door), but since I am travelling with family, it is still all right. The centralised A/C blower is located only at the living/dining room, so I need to leave a small gap (not completely close the door) to let the fresh A/C air into the bedroom. There is a small gap in one of the window that let outside cold air in to the bedroom. But since it is spring season, it is still all right.

Great location being across the road from the shopping centre. We did grocery shopping and cooked in the apartment every morning and a few lunches. Clean kitchen. Bathrooms better than what we have at home. Brilliant undercover parking, well worth the extra $15 per night for a dedicated car park. And we used the washing machine 👍

Nothing negative to say. It was just brilliant. It was everything we needed and wanted it to be. We'll be back and have no hesitation recommending it to our family and friends.

Stocked on kitchen essentials (cutlery, cups, kettle etc) and everything is in good condition, staff members are friendly, checking in and checking out was a breeze. Excellent location. Boiling crab, is located on the ground floor of the building. Cannot miss The Glen, right across the entrance. Rooms (two room apartment) had surprisingly nice views, even though the building is surrounded by other high-rise buildings.

The bathroom doors were fiddly. The ensuite bathroom had a flickering light that would stop flickering after a few minutes of being on.

More flexibility on check in times especially with later check ins.

It is conveniently situated near the shopping center and train station, making it extremely convenient for travelers like myself. Whether you're looking to explore the city or indulge in some retail therapy, everything is within easy reach. The receptionist at the hotel was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Their warm smile and helpful attitude made me feel right at home from the moment I stepped in. It's always refreshing to be greeted with such warmth, especially after a long journey. Furthermore, the rooms were spotlessly clean and well-maintained. The hotel clearly pays great attention to cleanliness, which is always appreciated. The comfort of the rooms, along with the thoughtful amenities provided, made my stay even more enjoyable. The check-in and check-out process was a breeze. The staff at the front desk were efficient and organized, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience. This is something that I value greatly, as it allows me to make the most of my time during my stay. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. Staff were great to liaise with prior to booking/handing over of keys. The parking was underground & secure although an additional $15. The room was comfortable and what the photos looked like although not as clean as it could have been. The bathroom and bedroom had cobwebs in it. Great location, close to the shopping centre and ample amount of restaurants.

Great location. A large mall, The Glen, is right beside the building. It has lots of restaurants and supermarkets.

The kitchen equipment were not fully equipped with pots and chopping board and the cutlery were not complete for the number of occupants in the room. Some plates and cups were dirty and not cleaned. The WiFi for room 405 was almost non-existent. I could only get the WiFi signal at the apartment door and corridors. But the WiFi for the other rooms we booked were fine.

Size of the apartment and location for us was great. Beds were comfy and showers were excellent. Parking and access was excellent. Staff were welcoming and helpful. Safe and secure.

Needed some additional lamps in the main living space. The front bedroom was super hot, air con was effective in the main space but not as effective in bedrooms. A few more supplies for bathroom items would have been helpful.

We absolutely love the view! We had a first-class seat to the sunset view in Glen Waverly. Also, it was right across The Glen, which was amazing as it was accessible to many lunch/dinner options.

The WiFi could be improved; there were times when the WiFi was not connecting to the Internet. Also, the cooking area does not have a kitchen hood (although we didn't cook any food).

Great location, friendly and helpful staff, will stay here again. Our kids left some things in the room and the staff contacted us and got them back to us on the morning of our departure which was great.

No Foxtel in the room and I couldn’t connect my phone (Apple iPhone) to the tv to cast. Fairly niche problem as I wanted to watch some live sport that wasn’t available on free to air tv. Will remember to bring the laptop next time!
