Great facilities (microwave, sink, kettle, coffee, teas and mini fridge) for the price. Location is great too, close to the 75 tram, 732 and 706 bus. Across the street there's a mall (Burwood one) where they have supermarkets (Coles, Aldi and K-Mart) and choices of food (Asian Bar, Nandos and Marrybrown)

The Aircon make a sound that might disturb your sleep. However, they also provide electric blanket so that doesn't really bother us much

Conveniently located. Tram line and 24hr shopping centre within 100 mtrs. Large rooms, allocated parking. Neat, tidy property and gardens. Ideal for short stays near Melbourne.

The aircon in room 17 was too noisy to use. Shower water temperature was not constant and would surprise with a burst of very hot or very cold water.

Exceeded my expectations - was quiet, excellent location and had all the basic essentials. The aircon, while old, cooled the room quickly - which was much needed given temps in the 30s for 3 consecutive days! Staff were very welcoming and friendly. Pillows were excellent.

I found the bed a little firm/thin - but for a budget hotel it was better than I was expecting!

The owners were very friendly and helpful and the room was clean and tidy. Our fault, but my husband thought when he booked it that it contained a hotplate but it didn't! We used the barbeque a few times but it needed a good scrub so we bought a frypan and used that on it!

Only that the clothesline was filthy as not many people use it, and I had to use it quite a few times as I was washing all my son's new things for his student apartment.

Management were both understanding polite and informative

Apart from being opposite a large shopping complex the motel had everything.. A lovely BBQ area, swimming pool, traffic noise was surprisingly minimal and the rooms were immaculately clean and spacy with a massive comfortable double bed .. Will definitely book there again if in the area and recommend it to friends and fellow travellers

The staff were friendly, welcoming and very helpful. The bed was very comfortable and the room was spotlessly clean. I couldn’t fault it and I’m a tough critic

The reception closed a little earlier than I was told it would which meant I couldn’t ask for a later check out once I was feeling unwell but I called in the morning and they were very helpful

A regular stop for us and always satisfying. Good size room with settee and table and chairs. Comfortable and roomy. Laundry on site and good parking. Lovely staff, always bright and cheery. Love staying here.

Choosing BE Motel is always easy. The location is central for me. Easy access by private or public transport to the Melbourne CBD and surrounding shopping centres which are within 30 mins drive. The room is clean and basic needs are satisfied. I especially like the private parking allotted to the specific room. This is a huge plus. No traffic congestion (based on my personal experience for several years that I roomed in BE Motel) in these Eastern Suburbs of Melbourne.

Clean, comfortable bed, fantastic shower, staff were fantastic as well. Couldn’t do more for us. The location was great. Across the road from shopping centre with 24 hour Cole’s, KMart. A full range of restaurants and shops.

There was nothing except apple and google maps sent us into a side street (Ray Road), but the entrance was really on main road (Blackburn Road), so we had to go around the block to get in (not their fault).

The location was perfect for our needs. Traffic was surprisingly quiet which was a bonus. The room and facilities siuted us, good size room and all the basics. Shops across the road were handy as well.

Everything was fine, no complaints.
