It was perfect for my stay with my dog. The room clean and welcoming and wasn't like those 'doggy' type rooms that I've stayed at for other accomodation places. Very inclusive of all size dogs.

As some of there rooms are specifically allocated for pets, it would be nice to see a food and drink bowl for them in the cupboard.

Our one bedroom apartment was spacious and comfortable. Fantastic shower and bathroom and bed was so comfy. The receptionist was friendly and welcoming. I requested a late checkout and was not charged for it which we really appreciated. We were having a Christmas gathering nearby with family so it was a great location for us.

Quest is pet friendly and I love dogs but just wanted a good night's sleep as we had traveled a long way and had a big day the next day with family. There was a connecting door in our apartment and I could hear a dog barking and people talking even though the apartments are listed as soundproof. Walls not doors I assume. Later at night there were people running up and down the hallway and a dog barking probably getting some exercise which is fair enough under the circumstances. Overall our stay was very good with great amenities and comfort+++++

I stay here often when visiting family and always find the staff friendly, very helpful and professional. Rooms are clean and comfortable and the location is great.

Unfortunately this stay I was given a room that wasn't up to the standards I'm used to receiving here. I spoke to reception and showed them photos and I was immediately moved to another room to which I was very grateful for and standards were met as they always have been previous visits. This was my 8th stay here.

I really liked the hotel. It is in a very nice location, a couple of very nice parks, a good pub/hotel near by and tram #75 virtually on the doorstep to get into the city. For my purpose perfect. The hotel also provided a takeaway from a nearby Chinese place to the room. Unfortunately, this was changed to only until 5pm, so useless. Nevertheless, overall very good. Top points for the staff.

The windows weren't cleaned professionally- i.e. dirty smudges, the carpet needs a good clean, tables in the room were not wiped, there should have been bottled water and facial tissues provided. The front door and the door to the bathroom showed damage.

Located in vibrant suburb of Burwood, it is nested in close proximity to a wide range of amenities.the biggest mall The Glen 5 m by car provides comprehensive retail’s experiences.Hotel provides a well equipped Gymnasium ,room size and cleanliness were note worthy

Entrance of the hotel not located directly in front but on the side, it should be well marked and easily accessible.No restaurant with in the premises which can enhances the overall guests experience by offering a convenient option of breakfast ,lunch or dinner

Great place to stay. Have stayed a few times to visit family and friends in the area and this is now our first choice for accommodation. We were able to bring our dog (at $25 a night) and staff were friendly and helpful! Apartment was modern and clean.

There are still no options of different pillows (ones provided very high and not comfortable) but we now bring our own.

Our original unit booked was unavailable, so the management put us in an adjoining unit which was spacious and worked perfectly for us. They also contacted our son who lived in the area and arranged for him to book us in. This meant he was able to drive us straight into the carpark area and assist us with our bags and my husband who was in a wheelchair. This made the entire process so much easier. Well done.

The staff were super friendly. Gold stars to the front desk people. :) Really lovely room. Clean. Beds comfy. Everything was nice. Lovely place to stay. Loved the big windows and the balcony as well.

I did not know about a breakfast option. If there was breakfast offered within the stay, then I would have given more stars and happy faces. :) We were really hungry by the time we got there. It was a bit too late to order Uber Eats. I expected there to be mini bar and snacks in the room. If I had have known otherwise, I would have stopped off at Woolies for some snacks. And if there was that option within the stay, we did not know about it.

Everything is really good, the staff are really kind and helpful. Extended our stay and the team made it happen for us with no fuss. The beds are comfortable and the place is really clean

It is a bit weird that even when we put the do not disturb, housekeeping still come in while we are working or while we are out.

The room was a good size with kitchenette facilities including 2 hot plates. The bed was very comfortable and a door opened onto a patio so fresh air could get in. There was also a large outdoor BBQ area on the second floor with tables and chairs and 2 electric BBQs.

I didn’t enjoy the plug in fragrance dispenser which added a sickly smell to the room’s air all night I didn’t find it until morning.
