Beautiful apartment with a beautiful view. Facilities were great, location was central. Only downer was the parking, it was like a maze to find the parking entrance especially the spot to park, we wasted almost 30mins trying to work it out. Instructions via a video are hard to follow if driving, maybe consider a map to guide you in the car park and it can be printed. Other than that beautiful weekend. Just pity about parking, quite stressful.

In terms of location, this property is perfect if you're looking to be around the main shops and where all the food is located. Cleanliness was perfect, along with the very handy kitchen utensils. Most importantly, the communication with Albert was immaculate. He was very accommodating, aswell as very punctual. Couldn't be any happier with this level of service.

All in honesty, the views during night time and sunrise is immaculate! Perfect location for it. During day time, you still get a nice view of the garden, depending on what you wish to see.

Friendly owner, was prompt and communicative pre and post stay. Neat and tidy apartment, compact, but fitted out well with everything needed including some cooking oil, salt, pepper and sugar which was nice if you feel up to cooking. Great location within walking distance to plenty of eateries, supermarkets and amenities. Lovely landscaped sky garden befitting it's name.

Floor towels/bath mats for the bathrooms were lacking, and would have been great. The shower cubicle does not have a 'lip' to keep water confined within the cubicle, resulting in wet floors outside the shower recess. A little remnant of cleaning detergent on the floors made it a teeny bit slippery coming out of the shower with wet feet, something that a floor towel might have helped with. There were plenty of hand towels, but we didn't feel quite right repurposing them for the floor.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Skygarden service apartment in Glen Waverley, Melbourne, and I must say it was an excellent experience. The location is fantastic, situated right next to The Glen shopping mall, which makes shopping and dining extremely convenient. It's also within walking distance to the train station and bus terminal, making it easy to explore the city. One of the highlights of my stay was the numerous food options available nearby, catering to a wide range of tastes and preferences. As I had rented a car, I appreciated the private parking area, which was not only secure but also free of charge. Albert was incredibly accommodating and helpful throughout our stay. His warm and attentive service truly made a difference, ensuring that our needs were met promptly and efficiently. Overall, my stay at Skygarden was delightful, and I will definitely choose this service apartment again for my next visit to Melbourne. Highly recommended!

Small and comfortable apartment, nice view of the dandenong ranges. Very close to Glenwaverly train station and close to so many eateries and right next to the big shopping center The Glen. Very safe apartments and relatively clean . Some of the furniture looked a bit used but still was clean.

Nothing major here - no dish racks to put dishes onced washed. Relatively minimal accessories but if you like the minimalistic living then it's not a problem ! No mirrors in the room or any tables in rooms just for reference.

Wonderful apartment situated right next to The Glen shopping mall that has great Asian eateries & all the shops selling basic essentials like David Jones, Woolworths & Blue Illusion.

Nothing! It would be great though if they provided a radiator or bathmats in the toilets in winter so that our feet don’t get cold when you wake up in the morning.

Kitchen cabinet could use some cleaning. The check in procedure is a little bit too ‘personal’, need to coordinate the check in time and meet up with host for the check in procedure. The check out is complicated as well if you drive. I had to move the car from residential parking to mall parking through roller shutter and boom gate, then returned to apartment to return the keys, then back to my car via mall. However for the included parking, that’s a bullet I can bite.

Great location, easy access, good parking

Unfortunately the cleaning contractor was not thorough enough. Rubbish and “items” under the bed mattress. But the owner assured us that the cleaning contractor would be advised snd improve their work. With the contact that I had with the owner I am sure that it will be corrected.

It was wonderful, literally next to The glen mall which we loved, pools was great and sauna.. clean and lovely beautiful interior. Host Albert was amazing, communicated well and instructions was very helpful. Parking was East access one you figured it out. The whole place was beautifully set in convenience to restaurants.

There was one big stain on one of the beds, I know they have cleaners come In straight after check out.. maybe the stain couldn't be washed out who knows.. that was the only minor put off but luckily they had spare sheets that you can tell we're clean.

The facilities at the hotel were fantastic and nice and clean and spacious. The view was superb to the Dandenongs and Albert was very helpful on check in. the private parking was perfect and easy to access. We would stay again at your condo. There are plenty of eating places nearby

It would have been good to have towels to use at the swimming pool supplied with the room. The kitchen was equipped for 4 people however we booked and paid for 5 to stay. It would be good to have a key return box instead of getting the car out of the parking and then having to return to the room with the keys.
