The pool, gym & sauna facilities were great and was so nice for our 6 year old son! It was across the street from westfields which was also fab and convenient. The $10 a day parking was nice also and was a relief from the prices we would have had to pay in the city. It wasn’t a very long drive into the city, Room was great for the price - couch was average and had stains and so did the carpet in the bedroom but it didn’t affect functionality. Loved having the washing machine and dryer available in the room also!!! Great value We enjoyed our stay.

The apartment was cosy, clean, and comfortable. The facilities provided a well equipped amenities; pool, gym etc Close proximity to shopping centre and easy access to the highways.

The parking underground was a bit too steep, and also rooms could possibly have curtains or netting as we could see the neighbours in C Building when their lights were on, but the blinds were closed. Just give that more intimate privacy when guests need that. But other than that, rooms and suites provided all that anyone would need.

The room was clean and had everything we needed including two bathrooms. The bathroom design and large shower was excellent. Communication with reception was great.

It was a very hot day and the room was very hot when we arrived. I assumed an airconditioner or fans would be in the bedroom but there wasn't any cooling. The door to enter the apartment needed a huge shoulder shove to open it. The TV was confusing to operate even with instructions. Initially finding the entrance to reception and the underground carpark was hard to find as another accommodation was right next door using the same entrance driveway.

My apartment was amazing, it was well appointed and had all the facilities I needed for a 2 night stay. The room was a nice size as was my comfy large double bed. The shower was very good and the large flat screen TV was a welcome addition to my 2 night stay. I arrived a little late so the keys were left in an automated retrieval system and was very easy to use. The manager was a lovey person to deal with and was able to assist with my needs. I would recommend this location and apartments to anyone staying in the Knox, Wantirna region. The apartments are a short walk to the Ozone Shopping Restaurant precinct and Cinema.

The location. Everything you need is within walking distance. The apartment was nice and clean and the unexpected bed making and vacuum was good 🙂

The apartment we had, had only 3 skinny pillows. We got an extra bed but no extra pillow. When we rang to ask for extra pillows we were told they had no extra ones. What we have is what we got. So we had to go and buy extra pillows as we couldn't sleep with what we and try and take them back to Qld 😡

Great location in a huge complex, was a little confusing at check-in as no-one at reception but was quickly resolved with a phone call. No really clear instructions re parking, needed staff assistance, again resolved. Apartment was very spacious and very clean. Would stay again and would recommend for sure.

Staff to be present, not having to ring them.

This is our 4th stay. I love staying there, close to shops, undercover car parking with a fee. Appartment was clean and tidy, needed more things for cooking, all in all very happy.

Just getting a bit picky, the sliding doors to the patio needed a clean

The property is very convenient for my work location when I am on that side of town. The property is clean, this is the second time I have stayed at this location, and I will stay again. It is also very quiet.

Wi-Fi would not work. Otherwise, the property fulfilled all my needs. The carparking is little confusing as I did not see any staff only text messages so clearer instructions would be good.

Location was great for our purpose. The contact for assistance was fast and responsive every time.

Cleanliness wasn't the best. When we arrived there were bananas left on the balcony and dirty windows, glass balcony panels and TV screen. Small hand prints all over the glass and TV mainly and what looked like food smeared on the glass balcony panels. We couldn't get the TV working for some time until we discovered leads unplugged from the Foxtel unit to the TV. The kitchen was well equipped with appliances but only bare essentials for accessories. No bowls (other than crockery) so nothing to put a salad in and no microwave accessories (other than crockery) to cook with.

Great location, comfortable bed, great sized shower. A nice 1 bedroom apartment that was comfortable and quite well appointed. Was very happy that we received service despite only staying 2 nights that replaced the towels and ensured we had bathroom supplies and the bathroom was cleaned. This is lacking in many places now. Manager was lovely.

One thing that was an issue for me was no air conditioner in the bedroom, I found the room at night very hot. For others this would most likely not be something they are concerned about. A shelf in the shower for soaps and shampoos would be very beneficial.
