We had a late check in. Sent a text with code to unlock our key and access the room.

Finding the lock boxes. There was no easy signage or light to see. It wasn’t j til we physically went up to a gate to see if it would open that a sensor light went on and we saw the lock boxes. We lapped the carpark from front four to back looking for it. Or access to the building. Unfortunately the sign on the front door did not give clear instructions to exact whereabouts. ‘Located at metal gate’ or some other landmark would have been helpful. Not nice when tired and freezing looking for it.

Spacious and roomy also offered a continental bfast, either to your room or in the dining area at a small cost $9 per person. Comfortable seating in the room for 2 persons and a coffee table, A nice big, long window overlooking the pool area. Drapes were floor to ceiling, stylish and comfortable looking, Bathroom plenty of room to move about. Parking on site, Locked access gate to building via code. Heating worked very well. Stud Road, could not hear any road traffic. It was a very pleasant stay. Building is old but for the price you cannot go wrong.

Kids running and playing in the passages between the rooms and making noise. Very disturbing when kids are not controlled by the parents and becomes a nuisance and worse than dogs barking. Thank goodness for the rain and miserable weather as it quietens everything down.

Room are huge & clean . it is hard to find spaces room these days!

It had a pool which was good . The family studio has lots of space and it has a kitchenette which is handy for families . The workers were very kind and helpful and are always on-site if you need anything. The place needs a lot of refurbishing but it’s good for a last minute stop over. Free washing machine and dryer is a BONUS 😇

Air con in the family studio wasn’t the best . Needed air con in the room also. Would be good to extend pool hours in the summer .

Staff were excellent. Location was amazing with Knox and The Ozone a stones throw away. When I attended I had a broken arm, requested a downstairs room as I could not carry anything. They were amazing and gave me a room upgrade to the ground floor. The receptionist was very friendly and cleaning staff were great. Even opening a bottle of Listerine for me 😂. Nothing was a problem for them.

Out of the complexes control, but the noise from upstairs every night. Well into the early morning each night.

The room was a great size. The shower was great. The windows open. Loved the quietness when you shut they windows. Couldn't hear the traffic. The breakfast room was an excellent addition. The shopping centre Knox was a 5 minute away, great.

The tv was too small for the room. Needed a long mirror to check out what you are wearing. Also needed a hand towel in the bathroom.

The size of the room, the location of me was good, friendly staff, washing and drying facilities were free, pool looked great.

Room 1 has traffic noise, and it wasn't explained very clearly that the $100 deposit is not refunded until 3-4 days after checking out, but apart from that, it was okay.

First time id stayed here in one of the spa rooms and was great...rooms were huge with all facilities including a lounge Bathroom was sensational as well with lots of room and had amazing water pressure in the shower over spa which was working brilliantly! Also close to many shops and food For anyone who likes a spa room you wont get one at better value than here and i can't recommend enough!

Everything is perfect also the location not far from the hospital where i had my surgery.

The fan in the bathroom/toilet is just noisy i wish its separated to the light cos everytime you open the lights the fan works as well which is not really needed all the time.

Good location as being opposite to Knox City across the road. The room is bright and clean. The carpark is spacious.

The room upstairs where stayed for two nights has no USB point making recharging of mobile devices less convenient.
