We thought the best thing about it was value for money. The room was attractive and clean. It had most things we wanted, although the jug only worked in the bathroom ( a minor problem). I would suggest if you have mobility problems to request a downstairs room as there is no lift. We were there for 3 days and cleaners respected our preferences via signs provided to put on our door. The Sports Club next door provided us with great food at an affordable price - Seniors fish & chips $16 - highly recommended. Staff were friendly, helpful & accommodating.

Access to the place. This was a MAJOR!!!!!!!! problem for us as we arrived at night from the city - PEAK HOUR traffic - pouring with rain - pitch black - from interstate and unfamiliar with slip roads. We were EXTREMELY LUCKY !!!!! not to have had a head on collision as we followed the confusing instructions from our GPS which told us to take a slight right and then a left (this had us heading into oncoming traffic) In the light of day, it was clear what we needed to do. Just beware !

Great value for money, i stayed at 5 different hotels in 5 days, paying anywhere up to $440 a night. This hotel had as good , if not better service and facilities. What I appreciated most was the easy location, secure parking, laundry, comfy bed, cold bottled water in the fridge. Other hotels had some but not all these. I think I paid less than $140 for the night. I'd stay again.

There looked like there.may have been a couple of permanent residents? Not sure. But they had smoke a good amount of cigarettes to leave a pile of butts, and brought ambience down a fair notch

The Price was great and the location awesome, it was nice and quiet too. The Buffet next door was great value for money and a short walking distance. Easy booking and a nice warm welcome.

To get to the property having to cross a busy road of two lanes both coming in and leaving the place (if arriving and leaving in opposite directions.) My Husband and I found the bed too soft. He is very sensitive to bleach and a lot was used in the beautiful clean room but the pillows also had the smell on them so not a good sleep for him.

The apartment was very spacious and comfortable. The two bathrooms were super handy but the lack of locks on the doors was a bit annoying. The Aircon/Heaters, TVs and kitchen facilities were excellent. The only downside was that the pots were in poor condition and the oven trays were dirty with food. The location was very good because it was walking distance to Woolies and a short drive to the Dandenongs.

The layout was great - the layout insulated the sleeping zone from any potential traffic noise which meant the room was so quiet! The rooms were VERY clean and well appointed. Basic, simple and all we really needed. Secure parking. Nicely renovated.

It was a bit tricky to work out how to check in when we found reception closed (the instructions were not clear about reception hours or what to do if you arrived after hours). Once we worked that out, the check in staff and process were great. Nothing we didn’t like.

Light and airy, nice decor, bed super soft and comfy. Clean. Cant hear road noise. Woolies close by. Liked that you could open window in bathroom as exhaust fan not working. Shower hard to control and floor drain very slow so standing in water while showering Air con good. Easy parking and secure behind a keycard gate. We were downstairs so there was noise from floor above in the middle of the night which disturbed our sleep

The bedroom and bathroom were very nice, but the fridge was tiny with no freezer section. Great shower. The high fence was good for security. There was no microwave. I had to defrost my dinner under hot water. I know the owners want you to eat at the restaurant, but that is an added expense when travelling. This motel would better suit someone staying one or two nights only and then returning home, not a traveller on the road for weeks.

The bed was extremely comfortable, the double shower was great, security gate was great for peace of mind

shower pressure was low, TV didn't work properly couldn't access my netflix acct, the wifi password didn't work, no toaster, no microwave no plates or cutlery

Super comfy beds. Sooo soft. Bathrooms look freshly renovated. You could order room service from a QR code and the meals were from the pub which was awesome. Yummy.

Room could do with a dust of the spider webs in the corners of the room tbh though. I think the bathrooms could do with a good detail to get rid of residual gunk that just builds up over time in cracks and corners. It wasn't bad but I am pretty picky personally

Excellent location just below Dandenong ranges, the room was clean, water, milk and a array of soap, shampoo and conditioner bottles were provided as part of the booking. We were very impressed. Very quiet at night as well.

Just a comment, On booking.com checkin was till 22:00 as we thought but upon arriving at 21:00 everything looked closed. Luckily the club next door was able to check us in and accomodate us.
