Reception was very welcoming and helpful which set a good tone for a stay. The room was a reasonable size and very clean with tea & coffee provided. The internet was better than most motels/hotels I have stayed at which was important for me. There were no noise issues- very quiet in fact. There is ample parking and a very good on site Cantonese restaurant with the staff being very attentive. Happily stay (and eat) here again.

The bed may have been a little too firm for my liking but I was still able to have a good nights sleep.

Golden Pebble is a comfortable and clean rest haven for a budget price. It’s certainly not 5 star but provides all the basic necessities for a few nights stay at an affordable price. Staff are attentive and helpful and it’s handy having the restaurant downstairs on site. Also plenty of parking. Nice hot showers with bathroom amenities and comfy beds. Rubbish emptied and extras ( tea, coffee, biscuits and milk etc) updated daily.

The decor is a little tired, the odd cracked hand basin here, a hole in a curtain there. Can be slightly noisy due to being situated on the corner of two mains roads, but not enough for to contribute to a sleepless night.

Location and facilities were excellent. Also having the Chinese restaurant on site was a bonus as we love Chinese and we didn't have to leave the premises that Sunday evening. Also thank u for allowing us to park our car and trailer on site as we were travelling on business.

Perhaps to share one thing was It was advertised as having breakfast on site but once we enquired upon arriving the staff mentioned the hotel ceased breakfast since COVID. We would have brought our own breakfast supplies with us.

good location and convenient, with a shopping mall and food center in 30 minutes' walk. the hotel has a Chinese food resturant on its second floor which is really good.

the housekeeper didn't change the bed sheet as routine. during my 7 nights staying, they changed once. anyway, the front desk staff was friendly and she helped to change when i requested.

Comfortable and satisfactory. Slight problem with only 1 set of cutlery and 1 bowl provided in Deluxe King Suite. Problem rectified after speaking with Reception. Booking was for 2 people. Close to shops and cafes.

Attention to detail with presentation of room. Inadequate toiletries and cutlery and crockery. Also no milk for tea ad coffee. 1complimentary little cake of soap. 2nd day all good.

Loved the location and price, was lovely and comfortable.

The staff were polite but hard to understand or hear correctly, in the restaurant. plus we were going down the elevator and it hit basement when we wanted ground and the staff member wanted to check us out in the elevator and made my friend and I a little uncomfortable for we didn’t know if they were just a random person or an employee.

The room is very clean and tidy. Have not seen any web or insects. Wifi is as fast as home. Communication is good. Staff very friendly. Single use shoes is the part I like most. There is a telephone in the bathroom probably for hazards, which is very kind and thoughtful. Bed is comfortable. Room is big . The location is great. If you are visiting patient at Wantirna Health, you should definitely consider this place . 901 bus stops at door step and it is just 5 mins’ travel on the bus. 901 bus can also take you to the big shopping Centre Westfield Knox in 5 mins time，too.

No microwave is one thing the management should consider. The plug in the bath tub needs to be replaced to a better one or probably removed. The edge of the plug is quite sharp.

It was really good I’m still at golden pebble I’m homeless atm it’s really good place the workers an manager aren’t in your face very easy going an you just don’t get hassled they give u a nice welcome an a hello every time they see you an it’s nice an quite I give them 10/10 for everything very nice manager an cleaners

The room was spacious, light filled and quiet, considering it's on the corner of two major roads the soundproofing was excellent. Well stocked room. Bed was super comfy and the bathroom was nice and clean. There is a restaurant available which unfortunately we didn't get to try this visit but it smelled good. Would definitely stay again

The hotel was in an excellent location for us to attend a function. There was ample undercover parking. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. The security is good. They close the elevator from the car park around 10pm so only access is via the reception. The rooms are large with balcony. The bed was comfy with a selection of pillows. Bath tub with shower. Tea and coffee with complimentary biscuits. Mini bar with a basic selection. The hotel rooms are over a Chinese Restaurant so handy for something to eat. We were happy with our stay and will definately use again.
