Myself & my Husband love staying at the sage Motel that we Travelled from our Hometown Wonthaggi. They have beautiful Cozy clean rooms with a big window so amazing upto 9 levels 😍 The staff are wonderful & we feel Completely safe. We feel very valued at the beautiful Sage Motel it's in a great Location in Ringwood just a short walk from station if going by Public Transport. We Highly Recommend Sage To anybody definietely check it out online so you can see all they offer. Where sure you'll be as happy as we are 🥰🥰🥰🥰

The welcome, everything was explained very well. It was wonderful to have still and sparkling water available as needed, as a welcome and during the day to refresh. Really appreciated that! The room was beautiful, spacious, great view and very comfortable. The breakfast was wonderful! THE BEST scrambled egg and housemade baked beans I have ever had!! Staff were wonderful, facilities were terrific. I really appreciated the option to forego housekeeping for a $10 in house voucher. It meant that I stayed in for breakfast 😁

I really enjoyed my stay.

The location was perfect. Being so close to the shopping centre was a first for us and I had no idea how convenient it would be. Shopping in the morning, quick break back at the hotel then back for the afternoon. There were so many options eating out too. It was the most perfect location. The rooms were spacious and quiet and we had a lovely view of the Dandenong Ranges. The wifi was very easy to set up and the beds were so comfortable.

The only thing I can say we didn't like was the smell in the lifts. There was a smell in the carpark entrance, and the lift on the right as you come up to the hotel lobby. A small thing, but it was pretty off putting and it was there every day.

Also very Convienent how quick you get to Eastland We are very greatful to you all for your amazing Motel where we feel very safe. We had a meal at the bar and it was absolutely delicious! Courteous, friendly yet professional barman and staff at the reception. The room although on the smaller size suited our needs. Bed very comfy. Beautiful views of the Dandenong Ranges from our room was lovely. Would recomend if needing accommodation in Ringwood as also close for shopping, theatre etc.

Getting into the hotel was slightly confusing as it was our first time. Entering from Maroondah Hwy was just a small room with lifts (level 2). Best to go around the corner to No 6 car park at Eastland and follow Valet parking sign, then follow Sage Hotel signs on your left. Lift to floor 5 for reception.

Location next to Ringwood Rail Station directly to town, Flinders Station. Shopping mall connected to the hotel with Coles & Woolworth supermarket. Access to parking via entrance 6 Eastland was easy to locate with ample parking lots. Reception was welcoming & helpful. Spacious room and request of interconnecting room with view was granted. Clean & comfortable bed. In room service was great & breakfast was good and big portion. Bonus was the shampoo, conditioner & shower wash. And the Go Green effort to reward customer with daily credit for skipping housekeeping.

It will be better if there are more selection of TV program like National Geography, Netflix, you tube channel etc. Too limited TV program.

Christmas lunch was wonderful. The Chef & Staff were friendly & attentive. It was a lovely celebration. Breakfast was perfect. Staff friendly. Ann & Daisey in Reception were very friendly & helpful. Relaxing in the lobby chatting, while enjoying the view of the Dandenongs, was most enjoyable.

The lounge chair was not very comfortable. Too low. My sister found it had to get out of it. We were sad when we realised that the Chef was away on holidays. We had been looking forward to having dinners in Partake. [Stayed for 4 nights]. We realise the Chef does deserve his vacation.

I liked the cleanliness, the size of space, the utilities and services on-site. Most of the staff were friendly and professional.

Although the AC worked brilliantly, the room could be improved with options to fresh air in the future. The room could also include a microwave for those wanting to enjoy a meal inside. Although most staff were professional, I wasn't happy with the service of one staff member. I called to request extra towels and this staff member questioned me about why I need it as the towels in my room are enough for one person. I thought that was none of their business and a good service would be complying with the requests of the consumer.

So close to the shopping centre and Private Hospital. parking was easy and subsidised which was awesome. we did have some issues with finding which entrance to go into the carpark (#5 or #1) then actually finding the door entrance to go into accommodation. When we rang fir clarification we got very clear helpful instructions from the staff member.. thumbs up!

The room was clean, but some spots around the bed needed a bit more attention from a vacuum cleaner. No conditioner left in the bottle in the shower. just small things. Otherwise was spotless. Bed was made immaculately!!

Property was great, the room was lovely, clean & well presented.

It was a little tricky for us to find but once we knew to enter vis Eastland Shopping Centre car park there was no problem. The staff member at check in were a little difficult to understand. The breakfast staff gave the impression that they didn’t want to be there, coffees were lukewarm, one returned & re-made, orders not right & had to be sent back. Real shame for such a lovely establishment. Highly recommend staying but go elsewhere for breakfast.
