The lady at reception was lovely, the beds were comfortable and the couch was comfortable. We were staying for a family Christmas event and enjoyed our stay.

The reason we took the apartment over a studio room was to prepare some food but the hot plate didn't warm up even though we waited for a while. The plates were on the top shelf which my friend couldn't reach and I could barely reach. The plates were old and scratched and one was not clean. The bath and shower were quite narrow, on the other side of a large bathroom from the towels. The bathroom sink had many chips in it.

Punt Hill Apartments are directly across the road from the Wantirna Club, which have great meals, cheap drinks and pokies. Across the other side is the gigantic Knox shopping centre.

My brother and I had twin rooms joined by a door, he had an air-con in his bedroom while mine serviced the lounge/kitchen area, got pretty warm in my bedroom, had to open windows and sliding glass door which let in some traffic noise, not bad in the end, just jealous I didn't pick the room with the air con in bedroom.

The amenities were good..liked the separate rooms which were spacious and bathrooms for a couple plus 1 Plenty of crockery and utensils,good sized fridge and kitchen. Looked like pictures,exactly as described from listing. Even though near busy road the rooms were quiet and secure...felt safe at all times. Westfield Shopping centre within walking distance...great for groceries,food courts and fashion.

Need to have more soap available. Our room was missed for service even though a sign for service was displayed on doorknob. Clean towels and soap were supplied on request.

Location. Right next to a shopping mall. Ease of parking. Washer and dryer in the kitchen. Coffee option was great. Beds were really comfy. Cleaning service everyday except Sunday. Lovely reception staff members. Two bathrooms and showers made it easy for us as we were a family of four.

The apartment was a bit dated. It will look so much better with a good paint job and better-looking furniture. Split system in the living room only. Would make it hard to heat up bedrooms if people need privacy. No locks in the toilets

The bed and pillows were amazing - so very comfortable.

There was no actual breakfast food provided. The only things provided were a kettle, a toaster, a microwave, and tea and coffee making facilities. There was not even a tiny carton of milk for your tea or coffee (if you did not think to BYO food you either had to go hungry, had to walk or drive to near by shopping center to buy breakfast.

The location of the hotel was awesome, close to Westfield that had everything. We loved the joining rooms so our teenagers had their own room and main space and we had the ensuite. Accessible by lift and it was clean and lots of space to put things. Staff were very accommodating and friendly and took care of things we needed. Thank you.

The only thing I would probably gripe about and its only small, is that both bathrooms had a shower in bathtub which was a little difficult for someone that had a knee problem, like me to get in and out. If there had been a shower in the ensuite room it may have been better for me. Also, Im not sure whether the other rooms are like this but in our particular onsuite there was no fan in the bathroom so the mirrors and shower glass was all foggy by the time you finished showering. Just something for management to look at but that was the ONLY thing I would change about the room. Everything else was brilliant.

Close to shopping centre. Easy access to parking spaces and into apartment. Lovely staff. Was really happy with what I paid for our stay. Stayed to be close to family but very close to great shopping and restaurants which would be great.

Wasn’t really bothered but room could use a bit of updating. Bathroom fan not working, fridge missing leg and tipping into wall. A bit loud as room faced main road but didn’t keep us up.

Reception went out of their way to make sure I was ok and worked with my unknown schedule. So much appreciated. Easy to get to Knox private hospital. Was happy to become a member.

Paying extra for parking. But appreciated reduction for extra nights. Traffic noise 1st night from major road.

On this trip, I travelled with my husband and 3 year old daughter. The staff were all friendly and helpful during our stay. We had to have the TV replaced as it was faulty and the receptionist had it replaced with a new one; no issues. The rooms are clean and tidy and I love the fact that house keeping comes daily to clean the rooms. Beds are very comfortable and the place itself overall is very quiet.

It is disappointing to have to pay $15 per day for parking in a location that may not provide/offer the right kind of transport for families to get to/from accommodation.

Bed was super comfortable! Apartment had everything we needed. Apartment was very clean and a good location. Would recommend to anyone to stay here, we will come back for sure

Shower head was a bit loose and struggled to point anywhere but straight down. We had to keep the A/C / heater off as it was squealing
