Great things: man at reception relaxed, friendly, keen to assist; the bed linen and towels were clean and quality products. The building is old but the room was clean and comfortable very good value. The bath room is old as are some of the cupboards but at the price you over look it. I liked that there were chairs outside for guest to sit and that windows could open for fresh air.

instructions for setting up the TV. it took me many attempts to get reception until I found another switch by the bed. Lamps near the bead head get very warm.

Bed was comfortable, the room was a big size compared to other places we have stayed. Bathroom was big also. TV was not well connected a lot of interference and the volume kept going up and down on its own!

The only thing I didnt like was on check in, the lady on reception said, 'next time book direct with the motel' and then she gave me a business and said Booking.com take $17 from the booking and then that left them at their bottom line for the room I booked'!! I was shocked at this comment and didnt really have any time to comment back as she was needing to go somewhere. If I did, I would have said, 'dont list with booking.com' if you dont want to pay fees'!!! I was very annoyed with this comment!!

The gentleman on the front counter was excellent, good rapport with customers and wanted you to have a great stay. Parking included with the cost was great, shower had great water pressure, bed was comfortable, felt self and secure! I was happy with the overall experience even though I will explain what I didn't like. Feedback is good for all of us!

The room was comfortable however could do with a refresh, there appeared to be water damage in the bathroom on the lower half of the walls. The only other downside was sharing an outdoor setting with your neighbour, the gentlemen staying next door was nice however he was a heavy smoker so I could not use the outdoor area as I did not want to inhale the smoke fumes. Would recommend they either ask if you're a smoker before allocating rooms (eg match up smokers next to each other) or provide a smoker's area away from the entrance of motel doorways rather than right outside your door. I didn't like dealing with the small or fumes of smoke each time I left the room.

A good sized clean room that is there accessible room for wheelchairs. It has a very comfortable bed it did not appear to be adjustable high as I was told but had a high density foam like the Plega, the entry door is a standard size and on an angle, as such it is tight for a powered chair to get through. The Accessible bathroom is a reasonable size with a right hand rail and had a shower stool standard toilet with room to fit a commode. An excellent big tv with soft seats and small table. Tea and coffee with a toaster for breaky.

The room access door is not ideal for a wheelchair user. The cupboard on the left hand side makes the door sit out and limits the opening angle. A bit of a damp smell in the room maybe from the garden at the side windows.

Very easy to find, take the M3 from Tullamarine Freeway, look for the Ringwood Bypass on your left as you come out of the Melba Tunnel. Then turn left at Maroondah Highway, the Ringwood Lake Inn is about 100m on your left. Hungry Jacks, Coles Express and Shell just over the road. A short drive to the Ringwood shopping precinct and Eastlands. Great location for visiting the Dandenong Ranges. We went over the top of the Dandenong Ranges via Monbulk, which was a lovely quiet drive, to join the M1 Freeway at Packenham for our holiday in South Gippsland. The Ringwood Lake Inn is central and convenient for local exploration, and for on travel to Gippsland. You can drive to the Hume Highway at Seymore via Yea, which is also a nice road trip. Am I a fan of Ringwood? Well, my first job out of school was there, so I have a soft spot for the town ;-)

The room was clean and there were no bad smells. Bathroom was spotless and the shower pressure was surprisingly good in our room. The reception lady was very helpful and welcoming. Great value for money. Would definitely recommend.

The only thing that annoyed me was I had to crawl under bed head to plug our phone charger in to the wall. Not exactly a spring chicken anymore so it was an effort to get under and get back up.

The room was spacious and contained all the amenities you would expect from this fabulous place. The spa bath was exceptionally relaxing, melting away all the stress from whatever went on during the week. The beds were comfortable, the AC was powerful, and the price was incredible for the location.

The bathroom floor is so polished that I slipped and fell on my knees after I got out of my shower.

For a start, I like a dark room at night. I got this here. No little lights all around the place keeping me awake. The curtains were a great quality block out. Bliss. Quiet location, even though near to main roads and I had my window part open. Good quality sheets too. For a person of my vintage, the height of a toilet matters these days, and I didn't need a hand to get up.:)

Shower was over bath, but I did see that in photo when booked, but I managed.

The bed was comfortable, and the room was spotless, making for a very relaxing stay. The location was also convenient, with markets and essential stores nearby. Manager Monty was incredibly helpful and ensured everything was smooth, adding to the great experience. I had a wonderful stay and would definitely choose to stay here again next time as well.

It was close to were we required to be and it was quiet. Close to plenty of eaties. We had long hard does and got it delivered with not issues. Coles was also close. It was clean. And perfect for a 3 star. Plenty of room in the room and a table to eat on and comfortable chairs

Air-conditioning could have worked better. We had to have it on high to keep it cool.
