This place was everything we needed for the last five days of our stay in Australia: It was clean, safe, comfortable, two bedrooms, a very functional kitchen, a tv with Netflix for our child, and a bathroom with a washer and dryer for our laundry. It was near my relatives in Belgrave, easy parking, easily accessible to everywhere we needed to go. We were traveling with a 3 year old, so bonus that there was a park and a nice playground across the street and shops and restaurants walkable. The train station to get to the city was walkable too. Staff were friendly and helpful. We had zero issues and were very happy. Thank you!

Very Spacious room bed was comfortable very easy to get into the room parking was good and the unit was very secure .

A bit noisy specially when young kids are staying up stairs lot of vibrations when they where running around at all hours of the night . We had a guy staying next to us was always on his phone specially early hours of the night like 3 in the morning being warm nights couldn’t have our doors or windows open because of his loudness and his manners he would burp as he was drinking out on his front patio . We had to close our doors and windows to stop the noise. But would definitely stay there again .

Although there was no receptionist physically present when we checked in, we called the number provided and the lady was helpful and clear with the instructions to help us with the check in. The room was cosy, and the kitchenette was well-equipped. We could even watch netflix at night as entertainment. There was even washer and dryer provided in the room. The location of the apartment was near to food, good coffee, supermarket and even a pharmacy!

There was only a central heating in the living room, would have been better if the other two rooms have some kind of heating/ cooling system. It wasn't uncomfortable, just a little too cold at night!

It was perfect place for myself and two young children. They loved that the had their own room (bunk bed), and I just lived the whole spacious setup, that was relaxing and nicely equipped (loved the private courtyard) to rest between outings.

Only the teeniest inconvenience was the shower head made for hand holding only. (Couldn't rest it to just shower under). I know its for folk who might need a shower chair, but I would have liked to be able to just have it sit stable, especially with kids. But as mentioned, its a tiny thing, when all else was brilliant!

Plenty of space, very well equipped kitchen with a big fridge, stove and oven. Large bathroom with shower over bath, laundry sink, 8kg washing machine and dryer. Skylights and balcony with mountain view were very nice. The whole place was very clean and there were towels and face washers for everyone. The layout was very practical with plenty of storage space. Although reception was usually unattended, staff were polite and helpful when contacted by phone.

As a family with young children and lots of luggage, being upstairs was difficult, but that was the only room available so we can't really complain about that. Although it was a family room, it was not very child-friendly. Sharp knives and dishwasher powder were in easy reach of toddlers, as were fragile decorations and bedside lamps (including in the children's room). And there was an unsecured blind cord loop hanging at toddler height, posing a strangulation hazard (room 9). With regard to safety, the fire / evacuation plan on the door was also far too long and complicated and really needs to be simplified.

Clean, tidy & friendly staff. Helped me with a few things that I needed. Even though staff may have spoken to our noisy upstairs neighbour Close to many shops & reason why I booked it as was close to family

The beds were way too soft for me & my family. As we have back issues, need to maybe upgrade beds. If on ground level if you have neighbours above can hear them walking. We had a family above & children were running around apartment & actually jumping off furniture to the floor made our stay quite annoying as was when we just wanted to sit quietly, watch tv or just sleep in.

My husband and I stayed for eleven nights. The staff were very helpful and answered questions asked. the amenities were excellent. After we had been there one week the cleaner came in, she was so thorough and took nearly an hour. It was good to have washing machine and dryer as we needed to use them.

The noise of people upstairs, cannot be helped. There was a night when several children were banging. there is no noise from next door rooms.

The apartment was very spacious and clean! It had everything needed for an overnight stay and the things we forgot to bring, we were able to grab from the supermarkets that were all literally walking distance from the apartment. What an absolute hidden gem this place is! Great location, great sized rooms in great condition!! Beds were so soft & beautiful view from the balcony!!

There were exposed spikes on the carpet between transition points (ie betweeen living room to kitchen, living room to bathroom, and living room to bedroom) that are sharp and prick on bare feet. I had to avoid them when walking. This was made aware to the staff. Likely a straightforward fix.

Great location with easy access to Dandenong Ranges, plenty of nice shops, cafes and restaraunts around. The place itself was very nice, neat and clean, very pleasant to be at.

The check-in process was essentially not explained at all and took a call to the phone number posted at the front door to figure out. Shower is OK, could be better (ie hard to get the temperature right, overall feels a bit weird).
