Nice place very close to Main centre of Belgrave, yr surrounded by Nature, being very busy,like we all are,it's good to touch back into the importance of life,great host,very helpful and informative. 😙

Road a little dangerous, in front of property, but you just need to take care,and crossing the road, just becareful, also the room next to mine is not that sound proof,but it's OK if you hv quite people staying there it s OK.l will be back.

Bed & Breakfast on the edge of Belgrave main Street with great ambience and beautiful garden surrounds. Easy walk to town and lovely breakfast provisions provided for our own preparation. Diane was a great host and we had a quiet and relaxing weekend.

For those who may be hard of walking, it is a steep driveway if you're planning to walk into town. All fine if you are driving.

The location is superb, right in the centre of town, and shopping. The hosts are wonderful and exceptionally informative, Dianne gives great directions. Its truly a beautiful area and the accomodations are comfortable and warming.

The location was ideal, situated in the town's center. However, if you're a commuter like us, reaching the bed and breakfast can be difficult since there isn’t a proper walkway.

Spacious room. Excellent breakfast supplies. Close to shops and railway station.

Located at top of very steep driveway and accessed by stone steps without handrail. OK once inside but not suitable for people with limited mobility. Driveway opens onto busy road with no footpath.

a comfy sitting chair would be good. It would be good to know about the steep driveway to prepare for that.

Really Enjoyed the setup & easy access 👌 & well equiped with special additions such as a Dvd recorder/movies/netflix etc.

Everything. Location to town centre. Great choices for breakfast. Nice and quiet. The bed was comfortable. Dianne was great and easy to contact.

Every thing was perfect...large traditional cottage like room, very private with great shower & spa. The cook your own breakfast is fantasic (we took advantage of the supplies & used it for dinner) bacon, sausage, eggs, mushrooms, tomatoes, bread, butter, jam & cheese. Easy walking distance to Puffing Billy & Belgrave township.

It was in a central location, and we could walk into town and to the tavern. It's also a short drive to all the little towns. The breakfast provisions were fantastic. The room was cosy, clean, and comfortable.

The cushions were a bit too soft for our liking
