My son is heading to Deakin University. The stay there was to help him settle down. The location is excellent. Within walking distance to the campus. If you don’t want to walk, it is just 1 tram station away. There is a tram stop right in front of the apt. Opposite the apt are lots of food choices. Very good location. A few trams stations away is a huge shopping area. We arrived after office hours but collecting the key and getting in was a breeze. Very advance in their system. What you see is what you get. Pictures of the apt i. the website i as real as it can get.

Bed and pillow too soft for me but this is individual preference. Aircon temperature, I believed has a thermostat. Sometimes, is too cold.

Location - it is very close to Dekin University and to travelling to city was convenient with the tram stop in front of the Hotel. Reception staff specially Abby was very helpful.

During my total duration of the stay the Balcony area was not cleaned or swept. If it is not covered by the staff who is attending to the inside of the apartment, attention should be given at least to clean and sweep at least once a week. This was noticed on the ground floor courtyard as all the other area in the hotel was very clean except the mentioned area which reflects bad on the cleanliness aspect.

Great! I’ve stayed there every time i travelled to Melbourne.

I didn’t like that I had to pay for parking. It should be included in the rental.

The location was very convenient, and the apartment was spacious enough for our needs with all the facilities we needed for a comfortable stay.

At times it could be very noisy from the passing traffic, especially when there were emergency vehicles passing, the apartment could probably benefit from double glazing.

We arrived after hours and the process we were messaged made it really simple to get in so that made things very easy. Great location, waking distance to Deakin university.

There was a piece of used dental floss on the door handle of one of the showers but otherwise it was great everything else was squeaky clean.

Spacious, comfortable and well-equipped apartment in a good location with underground parking and public transport right outside. Staff were friendly and helpful. The large bed was very comfortable, one of the best mattresses in recent travels.

The apartment was spacious, clean, quite well equipped, comfortable beds and with excellent aircon. The complex was quiet and peaceful. One of the admin staff, Abbey, was particularly friendly, helpful and easy to communicate with.

Kitchen and dining ware could have been more comprehensive and higher quality, likewise the furniture in the sitting room. Shopping and eating out in close proximity is almost non-existent: several places listed in the compendium were no longer trading: compendium needs updating. We found "Eat Street" a couple of kms away, walkable, in a quite new shopping precinct, which was very good for eating out: included a micro brewery. Should be in the compendium.

Very clean inside. Noticed the floors and living space was also quite clean. Towels and soaps also provided, kitchen utensils and cooking equipment also provided which is good

Bit out of the way of cbd so car is helpful.

The room was large and had everything I needed. The heating worked well. There was also a courtyard common area I could access from my room. The kitchen had all of the bits and pieces for me to be self sufficient and there was some cafes and restaurants nearby. The petrol station had enough convenience store supplies for me. The tram stop was across the road and the university a 10 minute walk away.

It is a good 45 mins + from the city but on the tram line which is super convenient. Checking in was a bit chaotic because we arrived very late and it took a while to get in touch with someone that could help us check in to our room but they were very helpful and we made it in eventually!
