The staff were friendly and efficient. Given the cold weather outside, the room was remarkably warm. We didn't need to utilise the air-conditioning. Being right on the main road made it easy to access local areas and medical facilities. The thick glass door allowed for a lot of light to enter the unit but also kept the cold weather and main road noise to a minimum. The shower had almost immediate hot water and had great pressure. There was ample parking for guests.

The bed was rock hard. It made it quite difficult to sleep and get comfortable. Although there was a kettle available for hot beverages, there wasn't somewhere to fill it up. The sink in the bathroom was barely big enough. We would have utilised the balcony more if there was a blanket available for the cooler mornings/evenings. The unit we booked was much smaller than the pictures on the website. It was a small unit.

On arrival,, I was upgraded. What a wonderful surprise! The apartment was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The staff was friendly and helpful on arrival and departure. This was actually one of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed at - the photos don't do the apartment justice. The car park was a definite plus. Thank you, Sam, for helping me with the TV. Wonderful service!

Instructions from the carpark, directions and what floor the reception was on. I had some help from a couple of people on their way up - but - having a carpark was a definite plus so was all good :)

The location was 10 min walk away from the metro line which connects the entire Melbourne and tourist sightseeing, It has a Convenient location and restaurants ( like KFC, Hungry Jacks, and a bar/ resto right next ) and 3 petrol pumps ( right, left, and front ). If you walk towards the train station, the street has many Arabic and English restaurants and pubs, Italian open kitchens, grocery/liquor stores, and whatnot. The place is amazing, a 15-minute walk to Chadstone Mall which again is one of the largest malls for shopping or eating.

The only issue the hotel does not have its own kitchen, so you have to get up and walk and or else you can uber eat also

Oros Hotel in Oakleigh didn't dissapoint. I booked a King Studio apartment for my wife and I for New Years. When we arrived at the reception, the staff were very friendly and generously allowed us to be moved from the first floor to the 3rd floor for a better view. The pros: The room was beautiful, the staff were very hospitable and flexible to our requests and most importantly, we enjoyed ourselves!

The only con of our stay was: - The balcony's glass fencing had a noticeable amount of cobwebs and dirt on the outisde, however, apon requesting for this room- the staff did inform me that this room was recently unavailable due to recent maintenance which could be the reason to this.

Room was great Clean Modern Great value for money

The staff member checking us in was extremely rude. She had a friend there with her. They were giggling and giving each other eye signals. Disgraceful behaviour from a staff member looking after guests. I've never experienced this before. The men that have checked me in before have been nothing but lovely, helpful, respectful and polite. For a young lady to behave in that manner to a woman and her partner - I am 50 - is beyond what I've experienced before from any hotel. I would hope she gets a damn good talking to in customer service. And an apology would be expected to both me and my partner. We had planned this night out as a date night. Having a staff member do this to us with her friend giggling - beyond unprofessional.

it was a lovely & convenient place to stay at. Parking was a bonus & the bathrooms are absolutely beautiful. Better lighting to enable makeup assistance would be great.

Everything was amazing except the only thing I wish to comment on is that the beds are a little on the hard side. It would have been nice to have complimentary slippers considering there is no carpet in the rooms instead of being barefoot.

The hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The staff were warm and welcoming, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch. The location was perfect, with plenty of local attractions within walking distance. I especially appreciated the convenient parking. Overall, I had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great value and exceptional service.

Not enough shower gel

The staff is very friendly. They listened and did best to meet guest's demand. The location is convenient for walking to train station, bus stations.

The room cleaning is on every 2 day basic which sometimes made to room not clean enough. Need a dining table in the room.

The building was located in a good place for where I need to travel for work. The rooms were modern and quiet and the complex had a spacious feel to it.

I did not expect to have to pay extra for car parking in this location. I assumed I was getting an apartment and being a genius member had requested an upgrade, however got a very small room and no upgrade. I did message and ask specifically as it was a special occasion for my friend. Behind the beds was filthy with dust, as was the shelving. It was very weird having body moisturiser in the shower - we accidentally used it as conditioner in our hair - it would make sense to have it with soap beside the basin.

The room was modern, clean, well-lit and everything needed was thoughtfully provided. The bathroom and shower were excellent, and it was only a 10 minute walk to plenty of shops and restaurants

For a 10 night stay I would have expected the room to be cleaned, beds made, bins emptied and towels changed during that time. They weren't - perhaps it needed to be specifically requested, but nobody said anything
